This gentle upper body stretch is great for all levels and can be done seated in a chair, in bed or on the mat to release tense achy muscles within the neck, shoulders and upper back.
Restorative yoga and desk yoga is a great addition to counteract any hunching within the back, standing or sitting for prolonged time and of course for anyone just feeling like they need to recharge.
This particular yoga class is gentle enough to do mornings or evenings to help feel your best and walks us through various stretches for upper back, shoulders and neck.
Practice this daily stretch to help balance out general back pain and upper back tension.

my left arm has been very stiff for me now in the armpit area and i’ve tried different stretches and this is the first time i’m feeling some relief!!! it felt so good to have my arm down and neck tilted the opposite way!!

This is my favorite of your videos that I've found so far; I have a chronic sore spot midway down my right shoulder blade that sometimes makes my neck tight as well, and this practice eases so much of that tension.
