I remember reading somewhere on one of the Gundam Subreddits that the reason why the old Seed/Seed Destiny HG kits look so small compared to the newer HG kits is because the HG Seed line was scaled in overall height instead of head height. I don’t know if that’s actually the case but I hope that explains the weird height discrepancy with the Dagger L and 105 Dagger
I wonder if they really did decide on something like that for a while. Sure would be kinda neat to know about the whole situation if they really did. but for sure the modern kits are getting taller and taller and Bandai doesn't seem too concerned with sticking strictly to the scale
It is possible and I think likely they did something like that. While Seed and Destiny is pretty damn popular, I cant imagine Bandai being too rich at the time, as Japan have just clawed itself out of a severe economic downturn of the 90s(look up the Lost Decade), combine that with the middle eastern invasion at the time driving oil price up, Bandai is probably trying to spend less on plastic(made from oil), and thus smaller kit.
Hey the alie striker pack problem for both the old and new can actually be fixed easily! There a extra joint on the head which moves it down so it you can just move the head with the extra joint and boom! Problem solved.
Dude these reviews are detailed and kept my attention from start from finish. Love how you even have the older Daggers to compare with! Hope your vids get all the recognition they deserve. May the YT algorithms be on your side!
There's the Ginn coming out soon, which should be pretty interesting. No idea why Bandai suddenly found so much love for ZAFT MSes, but I won't say no to grunt suits:)
@@HobbyClubhouse hahaha no worries, your patented three point summary at the end is really helpful and I consider myself a fan of your unique review style 😊
I hope they made slaughter dagger revive. But yeah... I think most of people just gonna customized their old dagger with this dagger for the improved articulation
oh good, the p-bandai weapons comes with the Nukes. *INSERT NATURALS RAMBLING ABOUT BLUE EARTH HERE* the one thing that surprises me the most is the no sticker part, but the model still have good color separation. I even more surprised (in a good way) that the shield diamond thingy is color separated AND the white scope on the (hand)gun. now from the seedverse, we need a revive of the Murasame and the Guaiz HG (iirc it only receives an NG)
I wouldn't get used to the no stickers thing. It's most likely it's a one time deal or a once in a blue moon occurrence for specific kits. Still a pleasant surprise though.
It really is something that only happens when the design allows it and when the engineers go that extra mile. The Leo and Death Army were like this too, but the Windam went back to stickers, sadly.
In case you're refering to HG kits, basically the newer the kit then it has lesser color correcting stickers... the HG line usually always have color application stickers for the eyes & weapon camera, otherwise the design reduce color correcting stickers in newer release....You can see for example, the older HGCE such as Aile Strike / Impulse that still have nasty stickers, while the Destiny / Inf. Justice has lesser stickers
You forgot the “Do you want to buy this kit” segment 🤣
I’m happy for this release, definitely gonna get one. Sad about the p-bandai equipment though 😢
"So the inevitable question is..."
But yeah, I'd love it if they just made those packs a small add-on kit like Build Fights / Divers stuff...

I love your videos and how simple and straightforward they are! I look forward to watching more of your reviews!
Detailed, informative, and you even bother to try on parts from other kits.Nice review as always, thank you.
Thank you for your support! I thought the Striker Packs would be quick and simple but it turned out not to be

Thank you so much! Glad the algorithm sent my video your way at the very least:) I'll keep working hard
I think the Daughtress ended up P-Bandai because X isn’t as popular as Wing or Seed, and even the Death Army shelfwarmed.
Dude, love the growth you're getting. You do good work.
Thank you! And don't think I've forgotten that you've been around since the very early days:) Glad to have your support
starting to love seed mobile suits now that i started building the mastergrades hehe

The Bandai release of the Testament was pretty nice
@@HobbyClubhouse i need reissues for the mg blitz :(
That Kakarot callback! 😁

I've bought all of them.
You mean the Seed kits in the video? If so that's quite impressive
i hope we get an updated dagger 105 soon
I think we might actually get one, judging by how many parts they share
Aayyy Seed kits !
Aayyy!
I hope they made slaughter dagger revive. But yeah... I think most of people just gonna customized their old dagger with this dagger for the improved articulation
I actually think Bandai will make the Strike / Slaughter / 105 Dagger because it'll be reusing this mold mostly. I know I'd buy them
Now I'm just waiting for more After War mechanics to get kits. >.>
Where is our Gundam Leopard... It's taking forever

Agreed for the Murasame, I actually want a Goohn... But I know that ain't happening
the striker packs always seem to be changed between releases
The box say it as if you can use any of them with one another but it ends up being way more janky than that, unfortunately
Where does that blue Aile Striker come from?
That comes from the Build Fighters Tall Aile Strike Glitter, and yes that name is as silly as it looks...
@@HobbyClubhouse I've never heard of that one! Thanks for the reply!

Such a shame because I'm a huge fan of the windams design and the fine build kind of cheapened it. Many parts they still could've color seperated
Anyone else know any other gunpla with no stickers like this and the leo?
Hm, don't know about no stickers at all, but many One Year War MSes come with pretty minimal stickers
@@HobbyClubhouse thanks man

Moon is one and the FM Aerial as well
HG Guntank was the first modern HG with no Stickers
