That's the most Gundam looking grunt.
Really nice elbow bend for a single joint.
This and the M1 Astray are the most Gundam looking of all mass produced suits in CE. Don't know why ZAFT still pick monoeyes for the GuAIZ R instead of visor head as ZAFT also produce their own Gundam prototypes.
we would really see the Windam shine in the Stargazer series , since every grunt worked in teams most of the time and seeing it actually working , giving its mass produced role a reason to be kept.
Hope they come in and do the classic GM one day. Out of all the classic grunts, that one is surprisingly lacking in a revive at the moment. Even the Zaku II got two "revive" kits in the Origin Zaku and the newly shown Zaku II char.
GM II and Ground GM ain't enough?
I'd love to see a release of the Taurus from Wing, honestly.

If I were to kitbash, I would definitely use the head. I genuinely like its design.
Another thing I love about this kit is how good it looks with the various HG striker packs available, especially the Aile striker
It looks really good with the perfect striker pack and iwsp pack too

I thought both GN-X and Tieren are also produced in HG? Or you mean something like a improved reproduction HG like revive series?
Im gonna bet that next year bandai is gonna cater to revive 00 hgs since bandai are already working on the hg wing series. It only makes sense for bandai to revive either seed or 00 after doing wing....unless bandai decides to pull something unexpected

Don't know if your new office is suitable for it but i prefer the single color background (white, gray or black) in your reviews. Great kit btw!

This is a surprisingly good looking kit. I have a couple ideas floating in my head for 'Ace Combat' inspired gunpla and this guy might fit the bill.
These seed revives have been pretty great. Can’t wait for them to either rework the hg legend or anything from the original seed (cuz I don’t really have many personal attachments to destiny suits, aside from legend)
I would like to see the zaku warrior from seed destiny get a revive because that was one of the few suits besides the windam that I actually liked from destiny. However I would like to see the daggers get revives as well.
Hopefully we’ll see murasame as well. One of the best grunt suit of all time!
Agreed. I haven’t had a bad kit yet from the newer HGCE “revive” line. They’ve all been surprisingly good as far as HG kits go.

We got 2 grunts from Wing, 1 from G fighter and 1 from Seed.
I would say that IBO, G-Reco and AGE are too recent and their kits are really nice to warrant a brand-new one.
I don't know about 00, it's around that point where it's not really new, but it isn't THAT old either.
Turn A Gundam doesn't really have many grunts, the Kapool, the Zaku II which's name I don't know how to spell, the Wadoms, and the Sumos.
Gundam X on the other hand does have a lot more grunt suits with more variations that Bandai can milk through PB.
can't blame you for forgetting the Windam exist in SEED Destiny, those things were cannon fodder galore unless it is being piloted by an ace, as for the next HG grunt i hope they would do the ones from Turn A like the SUMO and the FLAT, those things are unique-looking.
Strike dagger and GuAIZ for me. Yeah I'm a massive SEED guy
SEED was my gateway to Gundam. GuAIZ is my favorite ZAFT MS, especially the Experimental Firearms Type, of which where the GuAIZ R hip railgun developed from. Imagine GuAIZ Rs in Lunamaria and Rey colors.

The Jegan equivalent of Cosmic Era. Wish they could be utilized more and made as a potent threat to ZAFT's mainstays.

Its gonna be a daughtress. I would hope and expect it to be that since its like 70% done. Honestly it'd be fine by me if it was. I still love the tarus design.
If they make a daughtress I'm 50/50 on getting it myself.
Most likely the daughtress cause of the divers release.An Aries would be a cool one as well.I'd also like to see a new version of the strike dagger since we only have the no grade version of that.

I would have said Daughtress too, except that the Eldora Daughtress isn't a finebuild-style kit. I would LOVE to see the GINN reënvisioned in this form, as the old GINNs are pretty stiff and chunky.
I hope the GM gets a revive with the fine build system.
Strike dagger would also be great
a heads up- the Joints where the hands go in are not PCB so they loosen quite easily- the Rifle/beam swords weigh less enough that it was too big of a deal but putting in a weapon that weighed more it just couldn't hold up properly- ended up destroying a hand's tightness trying to fix.
as for more fine builds? any EA Grunt suit from CE would be the perfect fit using the Windam as a base.
A part of me still wants to see the Hloekk Graze or the Aqua GM, but chances are we will see another kit from SEED like the GuAIZ, or something from After War X or OO.
I would kill for a good kit of the GuAIZ. Even just being a fodder suit in Gundam Seed Astray, it always had a pretty memorable look and I enjoyed the background canon of the Dreadnaught Gundam being modified off of one.
Honestly, I don't remember seeing this kit in seed destiny. I do like the look of the backpack though

I think it would be great to get another SEED grunt, like the Strike Dagger, or updated Murasame. (Or to make sure it sold crazy, an updated M1 Astray.)

Since the HGBD:R Eldora Daughtress exists then most likely there will be a Daughtress released. I think they could use the RE 1/100 line to release more Victory kits.

Eh, I think it’s easy to forget any design from Seed/Destiny. Considering every single character no matter how relevant gets a their own custom suit and if you’re a main character, you get like 4.
