I solved the "frame control" thing with a simple phrase. If I say we're going to restaurant A and she says " No! I want to go to restaurant B." I respond with "Are you treating me to dinner then?" That stops her frame control really quick if she thinks she has to pay.

I used to watch these types of videos ad nauseam in my 20’s and while I feel like some men might find this helpful, frankly this advice made me afraid of dating. It wasn’t until my early thirties that I decided to say “f*ck it.” And just start dating people. I’ve been with my partner 7 years (our anniversary is tomorrow at the time of this writing). We’ve had our ups and downs but have stayed together through it all. To the young men watching this and reading this comment: I know you may feel inner insecurity but rest assured, whatever partner you have will have their own vulnerabilities and there will be times when you will need to be the caretaker. You will need to be the emotional support. As for dating: Get out there and ask women out on dates be it online or in person.
Don’t be an a-hole
Bathe regularly and keep yourself in reasonably good shape.
Try to find someone who is compatible with your values
Limit the amount of time you spend watching these dating advice videos. Some of them may have some value but they will ultimately make dating and relationships seem overly complicated and will cause you to procrastinate.

Had an ex after 1.5 years tell me "she didnt want to break up but she wanted to move back to her state." I sat down and said "wow ok i understand, when will you be leaving." All of a sudden it was "i didnt mean that i have just been stressed and missing my family." She literally flipped in about 5 seconds after my response. It only lasted a couple more months, i started to check out and do my own thing and ended things.
My ex did the same but I didn’t handle it properly and it went horribly. She took all kind of advantage of me and now I’m a bit bitter. Good for you for not making those mistakes.
I went a little further.
I PETITIONED HER for attempting to break our marriage of 18 and a half years apart(21 in total and one child)...she initially discarded me, effectively attempting to crush me with nothing.
At that point she was no longer my wife..just somebody off the streets attempting to rob me.
She escalated things by manipulating my daughter away from me...I survived that.
Now I am away from both of them.
...and happier making a new life.
I even revisted them twice..for two reasons.
1.To tell my ex...you are a lying manipulater and I have zero interest in anything you say.
2. To tell my ex-Monster-in-law.."Shut up and enjoy hell you thieving, lying monster".
....and...to my daughter...

my 33 yr old ex told me she did not want kids.( im 43) I never wanted kids so we gave things a go. I told her a million times kids are off the table. I reminded her many times. Maybe too many times. She always said that she didnt want kids. Somewhere deep down, I didnt beleive her. I remember she was with a ex before me that treated her like royal shit but she stayed because she liked the sense of being a family with his kids and got into a big fight that he was snipped and he didnt tell her.. I never forgot when she said that. We lasted about a year, I tried my best and treated her well, but deep down I dont beleive she didnt want kids and a family. I believe she had an unhealthy attatchement to me because she " took me off the market" A feat not many women could do. Deep down in my gut I always worried about her getting pregnant and completely changing the trajectory of my life. And not in the way I desired. Had to cut her loose and let her find her own way. The energy was always off on a deep level. If she wanted a family thats fine but the fact she was never transparent from the jump never sat well. Cant work when values are not aligned. Only time will tell if my gut instincts were true. She had good qualities but so many things ate at my peace of mind

It does not matter one bit if - you could be the nicest , most sincere , upstanding moral individual, who buys her flowers and chocolates on a daily basis , who loves animals and children and helping old ladies across the road, who volunteers at a soup kitchen in his spare time, takes his girl for meals, cares about her deeply, professes his love for her regularly, makes her meals for her coming in from work, runs her hot baths with scented candles around it - basically you could be GOOD personified - if you aren't giving her the high hard one in the way she likes it, she will leave you.
No woman is interested in how YOU feel. She is only interested in how YOU make HER feel.
There's all this modern talk today of how men should open up their feelings when depressed as the suicide rate for men is much higher than women due to the fact that men are seen as being weak if they show emotion or talk about their feelings but it's a plain and simple fact that so many, MANY women still have that mindset of wanting their man to 'be a man' or to 'man up'.

My mum and dad have been married almost 35 years my mum has loads of offers so it proves there is good women! Also I have never had money struggled with jobs and basically had addiction issues for years and I’ve only been dumped once in my life at 16 years old. I have ended all these relationships and been a piece of shit. The thing is no matter what I’ve always had a amazing body and put there needs in bed before anything the rest doesn’t seem to matter. I have always had my pick and I’m not particularly tall or handsome I’d say above average but nothing special. I do keep in crazy good condition and when it’s summer and it’s they say see a good body there even more fickle then men. Don’t spread to much of this it’s not good for men’s heads. My advice have a amazing body out her needs in bed first try to have a enough money to survive if you can because if your a good enough man they don’t care of what you have it’s what you are!!! I think today with all the travelling and social media the choices for women are approaching infinite, while for men it's still hard, so we have to come up with theories to explain the gap. Long term relationships are less bound by matrimony, social norms and the alternatives are many, so it's easier to jump off the ship. I think truly good partners can be found and aren't affected by these problems, they are just hard to find.

I found about this channel today, and my God did I realize what kinds of tricks were done upon me by my ex. I wish I knew this earlier and would've been ready for it. Men, brethren, this dude speaks some truth.

Alright let's try to solve them all, feel free to help. Even though these may be rough answers to theses tests, i think that they are necessary when they happen. I also think that that the answers won't work if you are not a worthy men in the first place, because if you bring nothing to the relationship she won't put up with them.
1) Compliance = Refuse to do something you don't want to do often. If you comply, show that the task doesn't bother in the slightest.
2) Competency = Improve so that you become able to do the skill. If she is nasty about it, point out a thing she can't do herself as a woman and yet you are not complaining about it.
3) Frame control = Stand your ground, follow your vision and convince her that she will benefit/like it. Or tell her that she will have to pay/assume responsability for what she wants.
4) Rules = Question the rules she makes if they are unreasonable. If she is stubborn about them, don't follow them.
5) Course of relationship = Show confidence and that you are worth better then the examples that she is comparing you to. I guess you could also be unbothered, keep doing what you are doing and don't comply.
6) Comparison = Withdraw attention right away. When/if you talk to her again, do not let go of the subject and speak about a great value of yours and that you will not tolerate being compared to another men again.
7) Comparison of relationship (not sure about this one) = Explain that you don't do something like the example she brings because its against your vision. Agree if its reasonable (show that it doesn't bother you).
8) Attention= Tell her you don't want her to seek attention from other men and that it would lead to a break up. If she says that you are insecure or doesn't want to comply, withdraw everything you can from her like attention,money and nice things that you usually do for her. Change your habits and go do things without her andmake sure she is ignorant of what you do (come back late from home and don't explain why for ex).
9) Respect = I think you should do the same as 8) or break up. Getting respect back from a woman is a tough thing. Woman that lost respect for you will cheat and/or break up.
10) Emasculation= Be a wall of concrete, do not flinch. You can ask her about details like "When are you leaving" but don't be emotional. Withdraw everything from her. Do not help her in anyway.

Honestly though, I think the most important thing a man can do is to be himself in such a way that is self aware. None of us are ever likely to get all of these things perfect. And honestly? I don’t want a woman who ditches me because I fuck up sometimes. If I have an emotional moment, she needs to respect that and decide whether she’s on a team or playing with toys. And if she isn’t willing to stand by me I’m moments of weakness, then she’s not my woman. If she doesn’t realize that I am also testing HER, then she is a fool and needs more time to grow. That's really well put, I totally agree with you. I think most of these videos for men correctly describe the mechanics that women subconsciously act on, and give advice on how to react in the best way possible. But it's also important to leave some leeway for men to sometimes fuck up, react emotionally, and still don't fear their partner leaving them. Because if the partner is worthwhile, she won't leave you for not being Alpha Macho 100% of the time. You can't always be stressing up about doing all these things perfectly or your partner will leave you for another man, that's not healthy. We as men also have our evolutive instincts, we also "test" our partners, it goes both ways. But you shouldn't get obsessed on this. Love truly gives more leeway. Healthy relationships exist and they are chill, you don't feel tested all the time.

I agree with you both. There is no such thing as perfection. We are human and make mistakes. And if a woman truly loves you, she wont be questioning your character every time you make a mistake. And by definition of mistake, I mean, investing a bit too much in her or the relationship. If we truly love the other person, overinvestment will happen from time to time. VERY TRUE... and they ALL come in pretty much that same order in most situations. However, once you do well at stage 4, you should be good. Most women will test you up to at least 4 in most cases, once you do well there she might submit. But if you show any weakness she will start again, it's important to always hold frame.
I’ve been getting hit hard with the respect test lately. I fortunately know enough to realize some type of test was being done which ultimately lead me to this video and others like it.
Really liked this video although I do have two comments.
First, people need to realize that women don’t do this consciously. All these people saying “if she tests I’m dropping her”, if you do that you will forever be single because all girls test and they don’t do it on purpose.
Second, I liked all of the points, I have either had them happen to me in a current relationship, past relationship or seen these in my friends relationships. The only critic I have is that you don’t explain how to pass these tests. For example, what do you do when your girl posts something a bit too provocative on social media. Do you call her out, do you act like you don’t care, do you show her the door? I feel like consistently threatening leaving is pretty unhealthy in a long term relationship and once again if you continuously do it with all women, because all women test. You will likely end up being single every time. Now some people don’t have a problem with them, but that’s not my thing. I know what I want and it is a long term relationship with a wife/kids etc. Maybe you can do a video with these tests again, but focus more on the art of passing them. Just a thought, thanks again for this wonderful feee information!
I agree that he didn't explain how to pass every single test, but for this one, just leaving seems like the reasonable option. If you've clearly stated early in the relationship that you do not appreciate it when your partners fish for attention from other males with provocative pictures, then the only reason why she would be doing this later on would be that she has lost respect for you and she's already looking for a way out, at least subconsciously. You might as well end it then and there.
When she posts provocative stuff on social media, just tell her you're out for a night with the boys at the local strip club. If she can play the field, then so can you. 🙂

As a woman i can say, i am somewhat aware of these tests we do, but definitely not in the order talked about. I personally skip the attention part just because i find it makes me low value. But respect part is a common one to be thrown in between. But at the end of the day women do need a strong man who can lead defend and protect but also be a little submissive.

I definitely screwed up a couple of these steps, and with hindsight on my side, I can see how your instructions are 100% dead on accurate.
Lack of self respect and discipline are what lead to me screwing up certain steps. I'm sure you can guess which steps I screwed up because of this lack.
God has been opening my eyes to many things I should of learned in my 20s, too bad there was no internet in the 90s.

I had trouble with this to bro.. one thing I came to understand is.. once you have a house and kids.. wether she acts on it or not, she knows she has you. This puts her in a position of power and I hate it. This is where I lost frame. Little things of disrespect happened here and there and then became more frequent, I let it slide thinking I’d keep the peace for the kids etc. big mistake.. would enjoy more vids on this also. Although I don’t plan on cohabitation again anytime soon.
