As a woman I don't think these boundaries ARE " ignoring women". They are simply going back to " no contact between dates" which was normal before cell phones. It was great because the anticipation built up and you looked forward to seeing them. Texts all week now just KILL it.

I was "on and off" dating this one girl who would randomly give me the cold shoulder and at one point, I got sick of it and ignored her. Weirdly enough, it both satisfied and irked the hell out of me that I could only get her to come back around when I ignored her or talked to other girls, even more so that she would be aggressive in her return.
As bad as it was, I learned a lot from her. Thanks Rachel, for teaching me to stay the hell away from people like you.

I've learned a lot more in these 8 months since originally posting and if I could add one more thing from my dating experiences since then, it's to trust your instincts when it comes to looking after yourself.
Lots of red flags are readily apparent, but people ignore them too often thinking they found a unicorn, or take the woman's issues upon themselves as a project, or were simply too lonely and give in to the red flags to escape that loneliness.
Don't do that. Unicorns don't exist, their issues are not your problem, and if you're feeling lonely, then take that energy you feel from being lonely and redirect it towards working on yourself. Self-improvement is not easy and there are no guarantees if you'll be happier or less lonely, but you will have self-respect and in turn, command respect from those around you.

Years ago I tried an experiment where I talked to a girl and tried to set up a date for the next day without exchanging any contact details. I literally had to say to her 'I don't want your number - just meet me there tomorrow'. This worked really well for a few different reasons, but one I never considered was the fact that it gives her nothing to go off - I was INACCESSIBLE. She couldn't text me or get hold of me and was therefore absolutely 100% showing up for that date because the curiosity was spiked even higher.

When this happens i ignore and dont chase, if a man wants to see me he will. If not i move on. These games are so immature. My time is more valuable than anyones 6k income. When i am truly interested and connect with a man theres no reason for either to ignore.

I did not put myself first when my gf's mother got cancer, I took care of my kids when I should have been working on my business and development, and the gf did not really appreciate it at all, became bitchy etc., so I had to cut the BS by dumping her and going to another city seeing my kids in the weekends.
