Dude your the only dude on youtube that rev a new exhaust to the rev limiter. Thanks a lot. I always wanted to know how the bike would sound at the limiter
Great video. Trying to pick between this and the akrapovic system. Any advice on which one to buy? Akrapovic runs about $786 and this $567 Anything is better than the tractor sounding exhaust.
Hey man, I've got the same exhaust. I also have a power commander (Dynojet). I've set a stock map on it though. Lately, I'm experiencing a lot of rough idling. What do you think may be the cause of that? It rough Idles and then shuts off. I know it could be a lot of things. but what's your opinion?
So I'm fairly new at riding I just got my Kawasaki ninja 650 and I want to get this exhaust my question is that is it a full exhaust system from headers and on or is it a slip on? Also do you still have the cat on yours?
I haven't really noticed anything. Maybe a little smoother? Most likely needs to be paired with a fuel management system to get the most out of it (i.e. Bazzaz)
The zx6r is a track ready package and it also has a 4 inline motor (4 cylinder). the 650r is a v-twin motor with only 2 cylinders so its more for torque not speed
+Adam Bendure wrong the kawasaki ninja 650 is a parallel twin also known as a inline 2 look it up. and he asked which one is cheaper not the specs. Therefore the ninja 650 is cheaper than the zx6r both in cost and insurance.
Thinking of getting the same exhaust for my ninja 650.. does it scream when you are flying? Subscribed to you as well, feel free to sub back i got my own little channel going too.

No problem, glad I could help :).
Because only a few ones doesn't know that you never race a engine on neutral ;)
Thanks for the detailed demonstration! Very helpful 🤟🏻
Just installed the Yoshi on my 2013 Ninja 650. Such a beast sounding system. I took the silencer our and its LOUD
Dankovich did you get the RS4? Does it come with the silencer insert or did you have to buy it separate?
Great, well done, comparison video. Thanks for sharing.
Great video. Great camera placement..
Thank you!
Sounds a bit better than my Leovince SBK. By the way, the air filter upgrade (get a K&N) is totally worth it.

Hey did you take the DB killer out???
do you have the low volume insert installed? Great video, thank you for making it.
Thanks! No the silencer was not installed.
Wow that sounds incredible! Too bad they are so damn expensive!
About how loud would you say this kit is with and without the silencer?

No idea, I'm more of a computer guy than a mechanic. I would definitely have it checked out though.
is it street legal? does it have a catalytic converter
Hi, thanks for the video! Is this with the silencer removed or still in place? Thanks.
It's removed in the videos.
Mike Coscia Thanks!
Anytime!
Почему именно Yoshimura RS-4 ?

It's the full exhaust system, no catalytic converter needed.
Thank you very much :)!
Any noticeable improvements in torque and/or top end? Thanks for any response.

Thanks for the response.
How much weight are you saving with the yoshi? I'm looking at this or a two brothers.
Not sure didn't measure, but the stock exhaust is significantly heavier.
did you block the egr? i just bought the same exhaust for my 13 and was reading some people do to reduce the popping on decel.
Hmm, not sure. I had my local dealer install it. Where would I look on the exhaust to check? I love the exhaust, but the popping does annoy me.
there are several ways to block it off the easiest is to block the vacuum lines on top of the air box.
Thanks man, appreciate the tip!
I'm tired of sounding like a "john deere" or a tractor -.-
plus tired of people merging into me
Do need to make any changes to the fuel settings???if not does it harm the engine??
Nope, works great without any adjustments. It does backfire on a quick deacceleration occasionally, but it won't harm the engine.
Hey.. I am pretty new with my new ninja 650 R. will it go with 2013 model?
Yup, the bike in the video is a 2013.
Did u install yourself or took it to a shop? I'm in jersey too . Really want to get this done asap
Shop, Pompton Sports Center on RT23 in Pompton Plains. They did a good job.
yea haha I know that place. how much did they roughly charge?
Rahi P Don't remember the exact price, but it was around $400-500. Their not exactly cheap...lol.
+Mike Coscia You paid 500 bucks for them to just install a simple exhaust?
Alex Jeffery Welcome to NJ.
Does it fit for the 2015 model?
yes
Why is the zx6r more expensive when there both 600?

Ninja 650 is a Twin Cylinder bike and its a Sport Touring bike unlike Ninja 636 (ZX6R) which is Inline 4 Cylinder Sport Bike.
in California?
Nope, New Jersey.
