      Her hip thrust form is awful I’m surprised she hasn’t pulled or strained anything yet. She’s had awful form

      Yeah start with heavy movements like glutebridges and end with isolation like kick backs

      Yes you start with compounds because the are the most exhausting, but she is very advanced and performs these exercises regularly, so those kickbacks she began with were more like a warmup for her. She explained in the beginning she wanted the workout to target her upper glutes, so she did that exercise first in order to activate them. That way she’s feeling a strong connection in her glute medius throughout her workout. You can do whatever method works for you, for whatever goals you specifically have.

      It comes down to genetics unfortunately. I am Turkish, my genome is a mixture of middle Asian and European. I have big thighs and not so big butt. My butt never looks big and round no matter how hard I try however my legs grow easily, without me ever wanting to... Those girls without the beautiful glutes are doing the right things but don't have the right genes...

      @@straytraveler6760 I wish... There is this youtuber that my lower body is similarly buit as hers. Her name is Christine Junne. She seems to do all the right things...I can grow my glutes yes, but my thighs will grow too. I will never have a round glute and slim legs..
      Some people really have blessed genes🌸

    When I do the back extension even with proper form I hardly feel it in my glutes and it becomes painful because of the stretch in the back of my knees/legs. How do I fix this? It's particularly a problem when I use weights.

      Try bending your knees. You may need a greater knee bend, so test out different knee bend degrees until you feel your glutes mainly working. It also helped me when I rotated my thighs and knees slightly outward. Hope this helps!

      @@aniafrick3523 maybe try to stretch the hamstrings and calves, as well as the other leg muscles more often. If you are getting a painful stretch in that position, the muscles could be too tight. Downward dog switching between which heel is planted on the ground, kind of like a running in place motion (sorry if this doesn’t make sense but just alternately raise one heel off the ground while the other one is planted all the way while in downward dog) is a really good stretch for these muscles. Also sitting on the ground and reaching for your toes with your legs straightened too.

    Ladies and gents .. do not ever do the hip thrusts with the abductions .. very very bad for your knees . Also the deficit lunge should be replaced with a step up to get the full range of motion and most out of the exercise.. also the sumo deadlift will still hit your lower back just not as much. This is the second time I watched this creator and I am not impressed at all. Follow and watch Amy Victoria instead
