- This is 30 minutes slim upper body workout.
It targets arms, armpit, back and abs.
I add some lower body movement to burn more calories but if you want,
it's okay to follow upper body movement only.
And also, you can do this while sitting.

I am upper 40s, have worked out basically my whole life. Into my 40s it became increasingly difficult to stay toned, and all those areas that come with hormonal weight gain were becoming more and more problematic. I tried to lean on being extra disciplined with my usual cardio and weights but I couldn’t get any results. Finding Mizi and her workouts was the ticket. I have lost inches in those areas and am seeing definition again. I also added wrist weights. Love all of Mimi’s workouts. You don’t have to wipe yourself out to get results.
Are you doing it everyday and also which workouts?

@@IoveavaI also do some running workouts for 30minutes, eat everything but in moderation and I fast atleast 4 days in a week , surely I have seen some grt results

Starting breast measurement - 42 inches
Day 1 - ✅️
Day 2 - ✅️ + 15 min breast reduction video
Day 3 - ✅️
Day 4 - ✅️
Day 5 - ❌️ but did 15 min breast reduction video (today morning checked - 41 inches)
Day 6 - ❌️ but did 15 min breast reduction video twice
Day 7 - REST DAY
Day 8 - ✅️ +15 min breast reduction video + 20 min back fat video
Day 9 - ✅️
Day 10 - ❌️ but did 10 min bra bulge reduction video
Day 11 - ❌️
Day 12 - ✅️ + 20 min back fat video
Didn't do anything for 1 week, starting again.
Day 1 - ✅️ + also did 15 min breast reduction video

I have authorities problem and 2 times knee ligament tair I cnt do heavy exercise but this simple workout helpful for me tnk full to u mizi god bless u❤
I'm doing the slim arms and back in 7 days, this is my sixth day, after 3 days I notice more straight by yoga, today I noticed that the arms are more toned. I will definitely continue with the 14 days program, because I guess real visible results are coming after at least one month.
