Every exercise I do that is meant to target glutes, I only feel in my thighs or lower back. What am I doing wrong?? 💔😮💨
Tilt your pelvis forward and engage your core- think about how youd flex your stomach if someone was about to punch you in the stomach.
Practice all this by laying flat on the floor, tilt your pelvis fwd until your back is flat and practice engaging your core. Once you figure out the motion, apply both motions before any glute workouts- hope this helps 🫶🏽
If you’re hingeing, like in the first exercise, your spinal column is still exposed to load so it’s relatively normal to feel something in your spinal column. However, you might be leading from your chest and bringing your spine down instead of pushing the hips back. Try bending your knees a bit more than you think while pushing your hips back- stretch the butt away from the back of the knees and stop when you can’t push your butt back, don’t try to get lower as your now using your spine to do that. The greater knee bend may help you understand how to push out of your legs and not lift from the back. Dig your heels down and Squeeze your glutes forward

She is a trainer..works all the body parts. Many women like to have bigger glutes, for looks, so she follows the demand, the trends , but, there are benefits,from working your glutes.. for lower back, balance..
