I have a question about normal push ups .I don't understand why i find breathing so hard during push ups or planks especially at home.(Only in these exercises it happens, for example in pull ups it does not happen and i am not out of shape). And another question is how to position your hands/body to be corectly aligned?
That is unusual. If I had to guess I would think the abdominal compression is restricting your lungs. It's hard to say why though. You may be squeezing them too hard as you really only need enough tension in the abs to keep the torso straight. You may also be rounding your back which can compress the ribs. In a normal push up you want the spine to be straight and the pelvis in a neutral position. So no anterior or posterior tilt. And the hands need to be point straight forward with the elbows at an angle away from the body, around 45 degrees or less is best. A lot of people put flair the elbows all the way out really wide, but this is not great for your shoulders and is actually a poor position for strength development.
This is a pretty common push-up exercise used by Southeast asian wrestlers. Commonly known as "spatte/dand." One might argue that they have burpee kind of motion at end, but they do have variations. Westernization of each and everything.
It's more similar than you would think, though burpees do probably hit more muscles. This push up hits a lot of muscles but it's heavy on the chest and shoulders, so once they burn out the set is over. But I would say it's as good a replacement for burpees as any.

Great video! Great TH-cam Channel !
Mover's Odyssey you are Super !
Wow, 1,000,000 likes, Wow!
I heard everyone talk about these pushups except for Mike Tyson himself
Nice video! Can you make the next video about rock climbing ? I like your content. I find myself in almost every single one.
Thats a great idea, I love rock climbing.
Great full body movement !
This is a pretty common push-up exercise used by Southeast asian wrestlers. Commonly known as "spatte/dand." One might argue that they have burpee kind of motion at end, but they do have variations. Westernization of each and everything.
It's called culture appropriation
Hi i subscribed ..can u do home workouts for hamstring..my hamstring is not putting up size no matter the workout ..
How does this compare to burpee ? I would think the burpee would condition more muscle groups.
It's more similar than you would think, though burpees do probably hit more muscles. This push up hits a lot of muscles but it's heavy on the chest and shoulders, so once they burn out the set is over. But I would say it's as good a replacement for burpees as any.
@@moversodyssey thanks for the explanation
i gotta do this, maybe as a circuit with jump rope and kb swings 🤔
