Then i can almost be upside down and it wont fell off or glide. And it wont get wet by sweat either. It is such a good sound. And sometimes i dont have music on (and the gymmusic is such loooud) i just want to fade away in my own silence.

I had my left quadriceps tendons partially torn a couple years ago while doing heavy leg press. A very long time to recover from that, and my right leg suffered then too, since I was using it much more while recovering.

Great Video Thanks!!!! I am just confused with one thing. Trainers always told me to put my feet apart on the leg press as this would hit your glutes. You are putting your feet together. Which one is correct??
Does it matter where you load the weights on a leg press like this? The machine at my gym is the same as your, with a low and high spot for loading weights

Hey girl! There's no scientific rules or reasons to always do compound exercises first but we mostly do them to allocate most of our energy (while we have it) in form of glycogen and not being fatigued as we can be pretty empty and tired at the end of a hard leg session. I most often do my compound as 1-2-3 but sometimes I like to "warm up" with a isolation exercise first like in this case with adductors first. Warms my joints and hips up properly plus that glutes will be filled with blood, warm and ready for the next exercise! :) hope you got something out of my mindset here! Keep smashing it!
You should watch/do athletics. Every sprinter/jumper have better/more glute development than any fitness influencer. They don't even focus on it! Diet is not an option! I like your outfit (long pants) by the way.
It would be very helpful if you included the weight you are working with as var as your dumbell weight for your split squats. Thankmyou beautiful Lady!🙏🫶

Good question! I use dry shampoo and wear a ponytail a lot. Sometimes I tell myself, “do you want cute hair or a fit body?” Would love tips on how to have both! 😊
What she dosen't ? But she always works out with her hair touching the machines , that's literally gross, to not wash the hair afterwards 🤢🤮 and still she cares about ppl cleaning the machines but dosen't clean herself 😂

Would love to know this as well. I stressed my nerves too much and the effect was mild to severe neuropathy which Im still working on combating.

Not worth the stress join a gym closer than you can walk to for warm up. That’s what did. Also good cool down walking home when legs shaky 😊

No. That “extra” bar is for adding more weight plates
