    From a girl who wasted a whole year trying to pull conventional and squat narrow because everyone insisted it was better for glutes..she's one hundred percent correct about everyone being different. Especially if you have long femurs play around with your foot placement. Sumo stance changed the game for me.

    As a PHYSIO I like 2 upper glutes because it helps your lower back tremendously and 3 unilateral exercises because they are the best for stability and correcting dysbalances.
    Why dońt you point out the health advantages of your exercises more and target a whole new audience ?
    Because aesthetics are nice but to stay healthy is the most important thing in our lives.
    Keep up your inspiring attitude, Chiara!

    great video, but you don’t always have to “feel” your glutes during an exercise. Just because you don’t feel, doesn’t mean your glutes aren’t working, sometimes sticking to basic is all that’s needed, it’s not always about the pump or feel, getting stronger will always be your best bet. For example, you wouldn’t be able to squat if you didn’t have butt muscles, even if you didn’t feel your glutes working during a squat, they definitely are!
    Nice work keep it up

    • @dancingmango143
      @dancingmango143 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Sometimes you have to rotate your workouts after long periods of time to keep the body guessing. I guess that's why she no longer does some of the exercises, but it doesn't mean she won't go back to them in the future.

      I'm defying genetics right now. It just takes a little longer. I grew my glutes within a year. Stay on it! Lift heavy and use glute resistance bands. Diet is very important too. It can be done. My hubby for the first time told me my butt is round and sexy!

      1. Check if you have a hypolordosis.
      2. If you don’t, include exercises that include hip abduction. (Glute med and mini are “the top shelf”, gluteus maximus is one muscle).

    share what you have experience with. but do not give examples what people are doing whether correct or not. excercise is all about how your body take in it. we all have different body shape. workout which your Body allow you. Never force our body. i use to watch video for Krissy Cella. she is amazing.

    I am so tired of seeing young women who are hardly in any type of real shape talking about glute exercises as they wear spandex with essentially a push up bra for their butt on. If your glutes are so great take off the push up pants. And there is no need to get all fancy when you are a beginner. Nail the basics and then move on. Too much nonsense not enough real hard work is all these videos are.
