    Couple of weeks ago I went to see my GP as I got little tightening on my left side then she recommended full blood test. The results of the reports was shocked. I got high LDL 4.5mmol & low vitamin D . All others were normal including sugar. I was surprised why I got cholesterol at this young age. She said probably genetics ( my dad god high cholesterol too) other thing is I’m eating lots of meat. She recommended me to do running 30 minutes at least 5 days a week and change the diet to low carb to high fibre. Now I completely stopped eating meat I don’t how long I can do it, eat only fish and change my exercise routine from weight training to cardio high intensity workouts . Cardio is best for ❤
