    I love that you don’t talk much during the sets, you explain how to do the next bit and then it’s just the music. I have always found it difficult to find workout videos I like because I HATE when trainers are just yapping and saying motivational stuff the whole time while you’re working out. (I know I may be in the minority with that opinion). You have the best balance of speaking and just letting us get on with it and listen to the music! Thank you!

    1) I appreciate the straight to the point approach very much. I am an old lady, I don't need the pep talk throughout, just let me move in peace and 2) I do a number of cardio routines to mix in with my usual walks and some weight training and this is the first one in a while I can feel next day. Thank you, saved and will definitely be doing this one again!

    Thank you for these workouts! They are well-paced, challenging, and the modifications and advice on form is so helpful. As a former dancer with knee and hip issues, never thought I'd be able to jump or lunge--but through these workouts, I've gained enough strength, stamina and alignment that I can without pain. Thank you!

    Really good workout; loved the warm up and cool down. At 73 I can 't always keep up with you but most of the time I can or I do your modified versions which are very helpful. I use your dumbbell videos and your aerobic ones and you are very motivating. Thank you.

    I love you so much Mikayla! Ive been doing your workouts 3-5 times a week for a year now. I never feel like a loser for having to use a modification, and I'm so proud of how much stronger I am than I was last year. You are the most encouraging, bright, happy virtual trainer.     Thanks for all the great workouts! My husband and I have been doing the upper body workouts with weights together to motivate each other, and I also do some of your short HIIT workouts (love the lower-impact options).

    This is my favorite style of workout from you! Warm up, Intense but with modifications, and Cool down all in under 25 minutes makes working out super easy to fit into the schedule as a Busy Mom of 4❤

    I love you and your energy!! You make working out so much fun 🫶🏼 it’s so refreshing to see someone who is genuinely interested in showing us tips and tricks and how to make an exercise more effective without screaming at us 😂 love the dancing background as well!! I have been doing the April plan and for the first time I’ve been able to follow one!
    One question: could you film a what I eat in a day or maybe a meal prep video for us? Still struggling a bit with nutrition and would love to see your take on that!

    I'd been unwell for a couple of weeks and feeling sorry for myself as I couldn't work out. Today I feel well enough and it was euphoric doing your workout. I feel so much better and more positive. Thank you. There was a good variety of moves that were do-able, fun and energizing. This is going into my favorites folder and I have subscribed!

    Love how this workout has a warm up and cool down built in! It was really awesome how the low impact moves had high intensity and kept my heart rate up!! Very enjoyable and effective!! 🙌🙌💯😊

    This was really well paced! I didn’t take breaks like in some other workouts. I made it all the way through and I still had the intensity and even sweated more than other HIIT workouts I’ve done! This was awesome. Thank you

    I appreciated the different variations of different workouts. I can’t do my normal workouts due to injury but some of the low impact or no jumping HIITs don’t have enough challenge.

    Nice intense workout. Body weight workouts are just as effective as when using dumbbells. I believe it's what you put into your workouts that makes the difference. Whether you ramp up the routine by more intensity, or by doing lower impact should that be required. Love it 😊💪🏾Thanks Mikala👌🏾

    I'm trying to get back into exercising after life got in the way for a few months. This is perfect! The length was just right. Any longer and I would have given up. Sad but true. As I write this, sweat is pouring down. Thanks! I'd love more low impact due to a fused back. ❤️

    Loved it, because there is no jumping. I have ankle surgery and I'm not allowed to do any high impact exercise. I can still sweat:)
