I have to use 5 pound weights, thank you so much for this. I actually feel like I am doing something positive with my workout again.

Yes to more twenty minute workouts. The pace was great. I burned an amazing amount of calories without passing out from exhaustion. The weights were challenging but I finished and look forward to doing this video again.
