    I am over 60 and recovering from an illness. I really need to gain weight and build muscle. I was doing the some workouts for old people. I got so depressed. Then I found you. I have to use 5 pound weights, thank you so much for this. I actually feel like I am doing something positive with my workout again.

    Yes to more twenty minute workouts. The pace was great. I burned an amazing amount of calories without passing out from exhaustion. The weights were challenging but I finished and look forward to doing this video again.

      Yes! Especially when I do massage. Massaging wears my arms out as it is! I want to lift and workout, but my job is a workout in itself! I don’t know if I’m wearing my self out or what…

    I love these full body with weighs workouts! Enjoying the warm up and cool downs. I have been fit my whole life until recent health issues. Just started your workouts for 5 days a week for two weeks and I am already feeling and looking better. My old muscles are coming out from hiding! Thank you.

    Just did this workout again and came here to say that I love the instrumental music you chose. I prefer that to songs with lyrics; more motivating and less distracting.

    This one is so good! Short but effective, and the warmup and stretches are included! I keep coming back to it because I feel so great afterwards. I’d love more in this format. I’m 51, but this didn’t bother my joints at all because it’s low impact.

    Great fully body workout! I love how these videos are 20 to 30 minutes long. This makes it much easier to fit into my day. I also enjoyed having the warm up and cool down periods included with the workout.
