I love a quick full body workout like this! It’s a lot easier to fit into a busy schedule, and just long enough to know it is making a difference. I also like the pace you move through each movement. So many other channels move at such a fast pace that makes it harder to do the exercises with proper form, but I find your slower, more intentional pace to be much more effective.
This is a perfect size workout; love the short warmup and cooldown with stretches. I would like some calf stretches please! I notice I need more balancing work on things like reverse lunges or maybe my form isn’t the best. I’m 70 so it’s an issue. I use your workout exclusively after working with other coaches for years. I love the format, organization, and friendly quiet. I shared your videos to my daughter in Italy, a busy mom of two young children. They will be perfect for her since you offer such a range. Week 3/Day 1 of Winter Challenge 2023 !! And, another awesome 20 min Total Body Dumbell workout!!!All the moves are challenging and my muscles were really working!! My favorite is the floor ab exercise where we do chest presses as we lift our straight legs first unilaterally and then for the challenge both!! Feeling fantastic and loving this Challenge!!!! 🎯💯!! (Now onto 15 minute Fiery Cardio HIIT to finish 😀)

Love your workouts especially 20-30 minutes sculpt and Barr. I’ve been doing them for 3+months. I am much stronger today and down one size after a month. I continue to raise my weight levels, now working on 8 lbs(started at 2 lbs). The challenge is perfect for 58 year old me who decided not to let my autoimmune (6 years ago) dictate my body looks and strength. I follow up with 10 minutes yoga after your workouts. Hopefully I’ll work up to 30 minute sessions. Definitely doing more for me than just walking and/or biking. Hopefully will shed two more sizes off. When is your next BEST merch coming out? Ready to get a couple. You look great in the and I really like their color palette. Keep the videos coming!!
