- Join me for a 30 minute SCULPT + SWEAT FULL BODY WORKOUT with warm up and cool down included! Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights. For one of the exercises I'll be using a wall nearby, but I'll also provide an option without the wall. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Today's workout is intense but as always I'll provide modifications throughout. So get ready to sweat! 💞 xox Mik

Yes! Please make more workouts like this - loved that you stepped it up a bit for more intensity. Would also LOVE to see a set of slightly longer workouts (40-45 mins) so I don't have to piece together two 20 mins! TY!

Successfully completed!! Loved this workout. Sweating but not as tired as I get doing the cardio😅. I liked the warm up and the side stretches. Really surprised myself there because although in lift weights, my arm strength is not there yet to hold myself up long enough.

This was my first workout with you and I was concerned that it would be too slow at first.....but it transitioned to harder moves. I loved the extended stretching and combo moves❤. I will be back for more as a former dancer in my youth I love when a workout feels like a dance routine with different moves and levels🎉.
