  • Join me for a 20 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH WORKOUT for an express full body routine. All you need is a mat and a medium set of weights (two 10LB dumbbells). I'll also be including a super quick warm up and cool down. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

    Love ur work outs. Please try to make a standing leg workout but with no lunges. I am ok with squares but I find it impossible to do lunges

    Ok LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I loveeee the 20 minute express workouts that have no repeats! Time flies by and I always feel amazing after. More like these 😍
    I’d also love to see some more workouts with bangles (arms and ankle options) if you have any recommendations. You’re my favorite to watch and workout with so I’d love to see some workouts from you for those! Even some booty exercise band workouts :)

    20 min express is the bee's knees. Speaking of knees, Sumo squat a good warmup for reverse lunges. Enjoyed repeating. Improving balance on reverse lunges.

    I'm not sure if this is something you focus on but could you do more 30 min pure cardio no HIIT workouts? Love your 30 min to the beat as a fat burner but every time I have to do a third set of squats in one of your videos I want to give up

    This was such a great workout! Ever since I have started working out again with your videos, I feel excited to workout and have been able to maintain working out a few times a week. This is week four of woking out and people have asked me if I have been working out! I work second shift and just did this one after work. I loved how you incorporated the stretches after the workout because I am so bad about stretching afterwards and I always feel tense later on in the week. Thank you so much!
