This is really not HIIT. People are busy and know what they need. They want recovery, they will look for recovery. They want movement, they will look for it. Stretching the same etc. I look for HIIT because I am busy and can only spare 20 minutes and I want something that gets my heart going, and work up a sweat while building strength. This is NOT HIIT. I absolutely hate these new workouts from you because they are not what you say they are.
I am grateful for the free workouts but I noticed something recently that made me a bit disappointed. I am doing the workouts on my big tv now instead of my phone and I noticed you guys use too many filters. I noticed the ladies have cellulite and that’s fine. But then it blurs. Everyone has flaws but why do you guys filter flaws? I liked this channel because it felt like everyday normal people stuff. Now it seems like fake and glamorized.
It's a good reminder that anything you see online should be taken with a grain of salt Fascia foam rolling might help reduce cellulite and beneficial for circulation, if anyone is interested.
