My 21 Model 3 LR is the best car I have ever own. I’m 67 and have owned over 50 cars through out the years. From Ford to Fiat to Volvo to VW. Owned some for many years. I drive the Polestar first but when test drove the Tesla I said to my wife this is like driving the future.

The first drive is the most convincing! Thank you for sharing your story 👍

Hi Adam I always watch your TH-cam videos with great delight.
I wish to ask about a very old topic namely alternatives to Tesla wheel hubs. You tried many format and some provided much better alloy protection as well as attractive looks.
I am picking up my new Highland next week and am considering alternatives before I cause damage.
Are you able to help me by maybe sending links to those episodes or direct link to suppliers.
If get a good result I would be happy to tell so you might do an update video on whet is available now.
I really hope that this is possible and then helpful for other people.
    Thanks in anticipation. Phil Gordon.😇😇

Hi Phil, thanks for watching. Yes! I love a good wheel cover. I will be doing the same when I get my next Tesla. Purely so I can protect that rim edge from day one! If i was getting a refreshed model 3 tomorrow I’d probably look at this one -amzn.to/430FF2E Aff link. Purely because its got a couple of different styles to your liking. They’ve even got an original oem design that also protects the rim! Simple but effective. I cant see any single wheel cover listings but sometimes these appear at a later date. I managed to get Mayde to do this last year. This is just handy incase the inevitable happens! Also make sure you pick the right one as they have some legacy model 3 alternatives on the same listing to confuse matters! But then again it’s prime delivery and it’s comfort of liaising with amazon if there’s any issues with delivery etc. What Model 3 did you go for and which colour did you opt for in the end?

I’d be amused to hear someone sputter on about why I should drive an ICE vehicle!
I have a 2021 Model 3 SR+ I got brand new in March of that year.
Why would I ever want to go to a petro station again? 🤢
Why would I want a vehicle that wastes 85% of its potential energy as heat and pollution - that’s throwing away 85% of my money away!!
Why would I want to spend hours (and dollars) away waiting in shops for messy, nasty maintenance shops?
Why would I want to drive ancient 19th Century “tech” …when it’s 2024?
Patiently waiting to hear anyone who can present a sound, logical, and convincing argument to make me change my mind. 😊

The Tesla EV proposition just makes sense. The numbers stack up, the technology has room to grow, not just from hardware even software, and more as the video states. There’s a reason why us existing owners don’t want to go back to driving ice. I don’t know about you, but there is zero desire about going back. I cant think of any reason other than nostalgia.

@@AdamWellinformed Agree, Adam. Zero desire to return to ICE.
Even the “nostalgia” aspect is pretty much nonexistent for me at this point.
A couple weeks ago I had to drive an ICE vehicle for a day. Ugh. So nasty on so many levels.
Like I said, I’d be amused by someone trying to convince me to return to that ancient tech.
