I can confirm from personal experience that collagen powder does work. I wasn’t sure just how much benefit I was getting until I stopped using it and noticed changes in my hair, skin and joints. Needless to say, I’m going back to collagen powder daily for as long as I can afford it 😊
I’m totally with you on this topic. It doesn’t really matter what you prioritise, it just has to be something that really matters to you! I can’t imagine life without books, going to the gym and treating my friends and family and I am totally prepared to be frugal in other ways to allow for this. Blessings to you and yours x

You can have gel or acrylic even here in the US as long as it's not too long.
You can’t have acrylic nails in my hospital or even natural nails that are too long. Press on and gel are still in debate. People wear it anyway 😂
