This is a very important episode of RWBY. If you guys have been bullied or are being bullied speak up about it and know that someone is always there to help you.
Interesting fact: Juane is based on Joan of Arc while Cardin Winchester is based on the Cardinal of Winchester who presided over the trial of Joan of Arc when she was captured by the British and sentence to burning on a stake, hence why he is a bully in the show.
Oh man, she's already getting super emotional even at this early stage.

- Love how Yang is totally engrossed in Nora's story. Also the fact Ren keeps track of her dreams better than she does.
Lindsey Jones ( the voice of Ruby) actually admitted to being a bully in school. I gained much respect for her for owning up to her mistakes and speaking out about how wrong she was. As a former victim, it meant a lot.

This was when I related to Jaune more than any character in fiction. I tend to see myself as a screwup and for a long time, I had that same mindset where "if I can't do it on my own, what good am I?".

I never truly understood Jaune's pain until I heard you explain it. When you explained your situation with being bullied in school, I all of a sudden remembered the times where I WAS bullied, beat up, picked on and laughed at when I was younger and it made sense to me. I always looked at him as the "comic relief", but he's so much more now...

A little info about Yang's bike for you. Its official name is bumblebee, which is also the ship name for Yang x Blake. We don't know how she got the bike, but I personally headcanon that she found it busted up in a junkyard and brought it home to fix up with the help of her dad. And don't worry, you'll see it soon enough.
I think another reason Jaune was so resistant to Pyrrha wanting to help him is the fact he grew up with 7 sisters (a lot of them older). Having grown up with an older sister I can only imagine the torment he went through. That's just my theory anyway
In the manga's they show Ruby got bullied by Cardin to. The first time it happened you see Blake, Weiss & Yang get ready to kill him for it.
When Pyrrha, one of the nicest characters in the entire series, sincerely offers to break a guy's legs...you know that he's a major douche.

When the view zooms out when Jaune and Pyrrah are talking on the roof, you can see Cardin listening at the window below. This show is really good at continuity even in the littlest details, episodes or even seasons before information drops that makes it all make sense. That and the music make it worth it every time I rewatch the series.
