I never looked back and have been a fan since then. I love your 5 min abs because who really wants to do an ab work out? Just knowing it will only take 5 min keeps me consistent and when i'm up for the challenge I do your longer videos. I wish you all the success in the world because you truly deserve it!
I have ADHD and have never been able to get myself to stick to a workout routine or even find a recreational physical activity I enjoy long-term. I found this workout months ago and I keep coming back to it because my brain can handle a 15 minute time chunk and it is definitely working. I've watched other MadFit videos and got to the point I was implementing harder versions of moves in the video. I was doing it several times weekly at one point. After forgetting about it for a couple of months, I recently began doing it again and I'm sore for days after. Thanks so much for making this, Maddie.

I am 75 years old and walk at least 5 miles every day but I also try to include at least one workout with Maddie five days each week. These beginner ones along with the dance parties are just right for me. They are doable and it is easier to make the exercises a little more challenging if I am feeling up for it. I really, really like the beginner videos. They definitely keep me working out much more often than I did when I felt I had to push to hard in some of the more intense videos. Keep adding these to you channel, please!
I'm a mom of a 3 yo and a 1yo, both of by c-section. Never in my life have I worked out and after the babies I had an excuse not to. Found your total beginner workout randomly. Gave it a try. I love this workout when I wanted to lose weight i luckily found this video and let me tell you… I only made it to 10 min when I did for the first time back in the 1st week of June 2024. At the time I was 160 5’2 for a 18 year old girl I was very chubby. I hated the way I looked so I would do theses around 6pm and with my diet of eating less I lost 10 pounds in a month doing this AND using/combining another video of MadFits made! I love her energy!! I definitely recommend her workouts:) also don’t give up on ur self if ur trying to lose weight Just remember to eat better, workout and drink LOTS of water

I was sitting on my couch feeling lazy and sad for starting to lose my clothes from the weight i gained recently and decided to search for a quick easy workout just to get started. It all started nice and easy and before i even noticed i was already sweating and feeling all my muscles burn! Thank you for tricking me and giving me hope i can do this!!

Thank you for thisss!!! I find "beginner" workouts a lot but most of them are too advanced for someone as unfit as me🙈 Despite the calmer moves, I can really feel my body's heating up. Not to mention the way you arrange the moves so our body is prepared for the last cardio moves, I love it! I don't feel like I'm dying, but surely can feel that I'm exercising!! I think I'll be able to workout more with your videos in the future, subscribed!!! 🙌💋

This young lady is amazing and wonderful. She shares a great deal of her knowledge and her wording and actions are easy to follow and super achievable. I am built very much like she is (tall with long limbs and a shorter torso), only I am 53-years old…..but, her videos are perfect and I see a difference in my physique, tone and muscle within 2-weeks…..life has been tough for the last couple of months. Spinal Cord Stimulator soon….but, then I am back and cannot wait to do her 30-day Challenge….its on. Again, thank you young lady….you truly are a God send.

I enjoyed this!! first time exercising in almost 2 years. it was tough to get through. But im starting my journey to loosing the 14 kg's I put on in 2 years due to being so unhappy with life. Should i do these exercises every morning?
Doing it for a week Day 1 ✅: a lil hard but still managed to do it, I felt good after Day 2 ✅: my legs were a lil sore but I still did it. (Don’t really see any changes)

i really love these because i like following multiple videos each time and you dont use all the same exercises for each video. like i'm currently doing your 20, 15 and 5 minute fat burning workouts, along with your warmups and it feels so fun !! i'm a minor (14-17 i don't want to specify) and i hate my body so this helps a lot. if i ever remember to, i'll probably start replying with updates on how i feel !! i'm starting tomorrow ^^

Hiiii! Im in grade 6 and i wanted to find a good exercise to do in the morning before school to wake me up. I thought this one was perfect! My morning routine -Wake up at 6:45 -Make bed -Brush teeth -Do this workout - Shower - Do hair -Chill -Eat a slight snack - Jump on Trampoline DO YALL THINK THIS IS REASONABLE FOR MY AGE?!?💓🧋
The tips/examples she gave helped me actually figure out how to engage my core more! I've had 2 kids and never was into fitness before so I feel like jelly in my belly.

Today marks the 1st week of doing this exercise, I had pains in the first 2 days but they quickly went away. I'm planning to give an update every week if I don't forget lol
Week 2: Small pains are back, especially while doing the first move in the video, sometimes I stop and wait before I can continue. Thankfully pains do not spill over to regular life at the moment.

Month 3 complete. Still going, no weight loss but my flexibility and balance difference is remarkable!

As a beginner, that was killer! I did it 2X in a row - amazing, straight forward and great instructions on how to do it.

day 1: ✅ it was kind of hard so i used less energy on some parts other than that im sweating a little bit right now and im going to do some just dance now for about maybe 20 minutes so yeah!

i really love these because i like following multiple videos each time and you dont use all the same exercises for each video. like i'm currently doing your 20, 15 and 5 minute fat burning workouts, along with your warmups and it feels so fun !! i'm a minor (14-17 i don't want to specify) and i hate my body so this helps a lot. if i ever remember to, i'll probably start replying with updates on how i feel !! i'm starting tomorrow ^^

Hiiii! Im in grade 6 and i wanted to find a good exercise to do in the morning before school to wake me up. I thought this one was perfect!
My morning routine
-Wake up at 6:45
-Make bed
-Brush teeth
-Do this workout
- Shower
- Do hair
-Chill
-Eat a slight snack
- Jump on Trampoline

The tips/examples she gave helped me actually figure out how to engage my core more! I've had 2 kids and never was into fitness before so I feel like jelly in my belly.

Today marks the 1st week of doing this exercise, I had pains in the first 2 days but they quickly went away. I'm planning to give an update every week if I don't forget lol
Week 2: Small pains are back, especially while doing the first move in the video, sometimes I stop and wait before I can continue. Thankfully pains do not spill over to regular life at the moment.

@@kyarralayug9728 I forgot to do 3rd week update lol. It's more or less the same, I took a 3 day break because I moved, but I'm already back and doing it daily.
Week 4: Daily pains I got my around calfs are gone now. It gets progressively easier to do this exercise, I'm really happy with this at the moment.
Week 5: Calf pains are back. Idk if I'm doing something wrong at this point. I'm gonna try doing the squad slower this time.

during the rise and squat exercise i rolled both of my ankles by accident hehe.. im not hurt or anything, i just thought itd be funny to tell to people (even though nobody asked) so stay safe and keep your feet properly on the mat or wherever youre doing your exercises!
