Just finished this workout. Wow that was tough for me. For some reason I did not feel good at the beginning of the workout so I took it slow, thinking I’d only be doing 5-10min before stopping but for some reason Maddy was really motivating and the workout went by really fast! So proud of myself for doing the whole workout 💪🏻
I've been very irregular with my workout schedule this year. Haven't really began the year on a good note, what with pcod, poor stress management, tons of career stress. Mental health has taken a hit too. Decided to get back into it this week. Did a nice dance workout on Monday, did your 20 min full body strength yesterday. I was feeling super lethargic and unmotivated today, and then I stumbled upon this workout. It was doable and low impact and I got through it. Feeling very refreshed. Thank you for these workouts. I have a studio apt. with mountains view, after morning coffee doing daily routine with your videos 😀 both HIIT and weights workout are shaping my body each time bit by bit, mainly with the all standing vids you have.. I found it more relaxed and easy to progress when not "forcing myself" the workouts but starting to watch related fitness vids and just pump up the brain to start it "spontaneously" but usually on same time on most of the days 💪
Breathing deep and sweaty! Thank you for the no impact mods and this wonderful standing work out. I work out in the dog park with my puppy early in the am so no equipment is key!!!
Many thanks for this workout. I appreciate that you describe/demonstrate each exercise and also provide modifications. A real mark of a teacher/instructor. Other channels just do the exercises without any of what I mentioned and that's a loss to their exercisers. So thank you.

ive been doing this workout for a while now and i dont like how you put a static-based movement after several dynamic-based movement 17:36 it gives sort of a shock to people following this workout and seeing that ive been following this workout for over a month and still get chest pains at this mark means something. i hope you can consider this to improve your future videos because i love your workouts and one of the few i trust to follow ❤ much love
Great workout ! Thank you for not having push ups or exercise with putting weight in your wrist. I am no longer able to do those types of exercises due to a plate in my arm! Just found your channel and loving it!
At 50, I love these workouts! No jumping or pounding on my joints but an intense workout for my muscles and balance. I use these in between your weight workouts. It’s a great balance for me. Thank you for your hard work.
