    Thank you for sharing excellent content as always :-). On the mohawk-cross-3turn exercise what type of mohawk is it? It looks like forward inside to backward outside (choctaw).

      Sam it’s a LFI-RBI on one side and RFI-LBI on the other side.

    Do you find your hips are sore? I only notice when I get into bed. Do you skate with a day off in between? I feel great after I skate.
    I have a lot of problem with hockey little kids and dads dominating the rink and being jerks and dangerously close repeatedly.
