Thank you for making this :) Just started skating at the beginning of this year and I've recently discovered that jumping gives me knee pain so I've started doing an off ice warm up (and PT to strengthen those auxiliary muscles...). What I currently do is pretty similar but definitely going to incorporate some of those ankle and hamstring exercises. Good luck this upcoming season!
Thank you for this video Cathy! My warm-ups usually don’t have this many exercises in them. There are definitely some that I could add to my routine. Also love the addition of the timer in the corner for each exercise. Very well done video! Looking forward to your next video ❤
