    This is a firm favourite. Rick’s workouts are helping me to become fitter and healthier again. I actually exercise everyday because of him after years of nothing! He’s so motivating.

    Been doing your work outs from the beginning of March, love this one, do it 3 times, then standing abs then 2850 Fast walking work out. Have been careful what I eat, luckily I don't have a sweet tooth. I am now 15cm off my lower belly, and 14cm off my waist. A favorite jacket I had 20 years ago has been brought out of retirement as I can now do it up (it looks like new). The scales have started to move, I am 6 pounds down yesterday. I am 61 and a great grandmother, I am loving it. Thank you Rick x

    I have never enjoyed mornings, but my life has changed and my mornings start wih a buzz now doing these workouts every morning x

    Rick I needed another 1500 steps tonight and I found this. I have done your 3000 steps before. You are so funny! I laughed the whole way thru. Keep up the good work!

    I broke a bone in my right foot and had to have half the bone and cartilage removed. I’m so glad I found your low impact video! I’m starting out on the 1500 with a goal of working up to the longer ones. I’m learning the steps and keeping up pretty well for someone who is 68. Thanks for being such an inspiration!!!

    I was able to enjoy a luscious piece of toasted croissant bread because I did this video first thing. This is a favorite way to start the day, and my husband did indeed sit on the couch while this older-generation lady rocked her steps!

    I’m addicted to the 10 minute workout, and love the pace and music. I usually do this at least once or twice before work and sometimes when I come home too. Can I be cheeky and ask if there’s a possibility of doing another 10 minute speedy workout please. Your energy and fun loving spirit is contagious. For me, quick burst workouts are the best. I will continue the 10 minute w/o for now and when you have the time to create another I’ll be there!!!

    Rick you are the best. Being one of your 'older' subscribers, I like your workouts WITH commentary as your cheerful voice uplifts me as it has done throughout the pandemic. Especially now as I've got Covid and I'm in isolation (again). Here's a poem for you (I'm a poet)
