    Leslie's workouts have changed my life! I do 2-6 12 minute workouts a day just to keep moving. I have a desk job and am quite still most of the work day, so moving around periodically is so important. Thank you Leslie for your videos and keep them coming!

      The good thing about working from home in a hybrid format is that I have no excuse to not get up and do something. I'm a former dancer so my body was meant to move.

    I have been doing these walking videos consistently for almost 5 months now...I cant believe how much stronger my legs are! Due to severe arthritis causing leg weakness, I have to use a walker to walk outside and to shop, My legs were getting weaker and weaker, I refuse to use a wheel chair...These are really helping!!!

      Thanks for sharing your experience. I was proud of my fit body . even I was suffering from joints pain due to arthritis recently. I stopped work out since July.while doing excercise it was really painful. I am inspired to start work out again to gain my fitness.bcz I am gaining weight as I have stopped work out.       Camille Robinson I have been doing Leslie videos everyday along with my husband and we both have seen results. I too do a low carb diet and lots of water. I lost 10 lbs in one month. Not too mention her videos are enjoyable to where I can’t wait to get home to workout. Good luck starting is always the hard part.

    Dear Leslie, you are a God-send. I start walking grumbling the whole time. And it takes only a minute or two to find myself with a huge smile on my face. Stays there the whole workout. I do a 2 mile and then find that I have the energy for another boosted walk ( 15 min) and then the stretches. 1000 times more helpful than a anti-depressant if you ask me. Thank you again.

    If your older and have arthritis, neck & back issues these walking workouts are wonderful! I can't do all the jumping & fancy moves, but I keep the beat of the music. When I first start sometimes it really hurts, I push through and everything loosens up, Doing some really good stretches really help after...

      Have you tried Leslie's Miracle Miles DVD set? She incorporates a resistance band with loops so you can gauge your own resistance during some of the walking workouts. It's great for low impact strengthening the upper body. I have severe tendonitis in my arm and leg joints. The band really helps to loosen them up!

    My zoom friends and I started doing your walking videos every single day since the end of April. We love Leslie's personality and encouragement! We are feeling great and still going! I started Keto diet 3 weeks ago and hope to lose 100 pounds (starting at 260). Your videos have kept me from adding more and given me more energy to keep going during this pandemic! Love all of your videos and so glad to see some more variety in the routines as well! We started at 15 minutes and are up to doing them for almost an hour every night depending on our energy levels. Stretch band exercises and weights are great boosts too!

    thank you. doing this everyday made me lose weight. a lot of people have noticed the change. ii feel light. my way of eating is almost the same except the amount of rice which is now just 1/2 cup. thank you.

    I love these workouts! Due to a bad knee, I can no longer run or do jumping type exercises. These workouts have been effective and really do get my heart rate up, they're fun, and I get so many extra steps in a day. Thank you Leslie!!

    Love this for a warmup before a strength workout, as long as I'm not headed straight in after sitting a long spell. Also just a great add-on to increase your cardio for the day.
