Hi, just to say, regularly do your exercises and love them. Unfortunately haven’t been able to do for the past couple of weeks as had a fall and badly sprained my ankle. Only been able to do seated chair exercises! As it has been improving decided to try your new boxercise today. I can say it was just as effective seated. Hopefully ankle will improve soon, but will continue with some of your other exercises with seated modifications.
Hi Rick it has been my 2 year retirement anniversary my weight has dropped from 101 Kg to 93Kg thanks to your workouts and some workouts by an Aussie lady. My pants keep falling down so I blame you for this. I do like doing walking workouts but now I have started to do them holding 2Kg weights. That really does add an extra challenge regards Philip
