- 30 minute gentle seated yoga stretch for a peaceful start to your day!
Hello Friends, Today's gentle seated yoga practice will leave you calm, stretched out and relaxed. In this seated yoga practice, we move through various heart and hip poses to open up the bottom and top half. We linger a little longer in the last few poses to really sink deep. Some of the poses in todays practice include child's pose, pigeon and happy baby. This class is very accessible, lowkey, grounding and I add in a bit of mobility work in it as well!#yogastretch yoga #seatedyoga #fullbodystretch
This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
