  • 30 minute gentle seated yoga stretch for a peaceful start to your day!
    Hello Friends, Today's gentle seated yoga practice will leave you calm, stretched out and relaxed. In this seated yoga practice, we move through various heart and hip poses to open up the bottom and top half. We linger a little longer in the last few poses to really sink deep. Some of the poses in todays practice include child's pose, pigeon and happy baby. This class is very accessible, lowkey, grounding and I add in a bit of mobility work in it as well!#yogastretch yoga #seatedyoga #fullbodystretch
    This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.

    Good morning, Shaunneka! I was up with the sun and went straight to my mat, knowing this class was waiting for me. What a gentle and beautiful way to start my day!     I did this after work rather than in the morning (I struggle with getting to the mat first thing), and the side body stretches were really appreciated!

    That mobility work was challengiing but good. Hoping to see myself improving on that. Also, I like when you say where we'll feel the stretch, then I go "yes! I'm doing it right!".

    Thank you for this another amazing practice. I love how creative your routines can be. Pigeon is still challenging for me. Would that be because of tight hamstrings and glutes?
