    I can’t tell you how many times I fell trying to do this videos because I have no balance whatsoever💀, but I’m hoping to improve it! This was so relaxing, I’m starting to follow your weekly schedules and so far I am feeling so much better when working out in the morning. Thank you for this!
    Update: So stopped doing Pilates everyday and started doing weights because I just feel better and enjoy more. (That’s just me personally) But I still do these videos every so often and my balance plus strength has greatly improved! 💗

      Even people with balance when they stop doing it for a while also fall to the side. But then practice does its magic as long as you are doing the practice. A little time a few times a week does wonders. We can do it ❤

      I has similar issues when I first started Nicole's weekly plans I could bareldo half of her poses. Now 2 years later I can easily finish this video with no balance problems, although I am not gonna lie I still suck at doing the splits 😅

    Awesome class, thank you so much! I did it after work and it was perfect to relax from the day. Maybe you can do a similar class for the upper body for those of us who have issues with neck and shoulder pain, that would be great ❤️❤️❤️

    I had acl/meniscus reconstruction surgery on my knee over a year and a half ago. I was also dealing with a tibial fracture. As soon as I could start exercise a few months after surgery I picked up yoga. But this practice today was special. I’ve had extreme pain since my injury and surgery and it’s a pain that never let go. For the first time ever I was able to feel what it’s like to have a normal knee again when I got to the end of this practice. Childs pose has always been one of the most painful poses. And the very first child’s pose had me in agony. The last child’s pose of the practice I experienced absolutely no pain for the first time. I’m writing this paragraph in tears. Thank you, Nicole. You have blessed me immensely today. ❤🌱

    Normally I do my workouts with a playlist that I prepare according to my current mood, but your voice is so peaceful and relaxing that I do not even need music when I'm moving with you Nicole.     Hi Nicole, I'm here from the May Week 4 videos!
    I remember doing this class a few weeks ago and I was amazed today to see how my flexibility had progressed, and also my balance. I find lunge poses (warrior 2) and generally a lot of the warriors quite difficult, but today they were so much easier. Thank you for providing the space for me to get where I am. You're amazing xx

    I’ve done this routine a few times recently and it’s my fave 30 min flow I’ve found so far. I’m recovering from ACL repair surgery 4 months ago and this really helps me stretch my legs. I can do almost every move except the balance on my bad leg, and also the yogi squat is really hard, but I’m working up to it and every time I try it gets better. Thank you ❤

    This is my absolute favorite. I come back to it whenever I need a relaxing way to start my day. I used to not be able to hold the balance poses, but this morning I held them all perfectly for my first time!! Plus I’ve got my splits with my right leg and am almost there with my left. Thank you, Nicole!!

    Hi! I’ve been watching your videos for months now and they are amazing and perfect for me. Not too tough, but not too easy. This stretch routine was great! I have a connective tissue disorder called Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and it makes my joints super bendy and flexible (but also cause me a ton of pain) and this stretch routine was quite easy for me. Except I have terrible balance, ha. Hopefully one day soon you’ll do a video that incorporates a back bend, I love those! Thank you for making Pilates videos that actually make me feel better and not in as much pain! Can’t wait to continue watching! 💕

    Perfect stretch routine! I have really bad foot issues (I'm too young for this!!!) that translates into pain and stiffness in my calves and thighs. This video has helped me feel so much better and I don't really feel the stiffness in my legs anymore. I'm going to do this routine more often. Thank you Nicole!

    Wow. I tried this class, but for beginners it is quite difficult. Could you do a stretching program for beginners and those who are not so flexible but want to advance in order to try new exercises? Thank you! You are great.

    I've used to really struggle with half moon pose but thanks to you I can finally do it. 😃🎊 Your instructions are so clear, and throughout all your workouts, the emphasis on correct posture is so helpful in maintaining/improving health and well-being, improving the practice itself and also maximising the effects in terms of strength and muscle tone. I find that I can best learn new or difficult poses with your instructions. With the splits I could go down further than before this time, but I struggled to keep my hips square. Maybe you could make a splits tutorial?

    I took 2 days off this week plan cause I felt so tired and sleepy, but after the first week I felt so good that I can't let my body not to move more even if I have dance classes every day(at school). I needed this without knowing I needed it.
    The last part where you said to be thankful for 3 things, I almost cried cause I am so grateful for you and your videos and I think in those 2 days I accumulated bad energy and to be sure that now I feel better after some breath work.

    Update I always come back to this video and man I’ve never felt my hips and legs feel more open

    the splits was so unexpected! But overall, I thank you so much because you were the pilates instructor I trusted the most to help tone my body and help me overall. I feel so great now, your videos always give me peace and not any overwhelming thoughts. And because of you, after months of stretching I gained my flexibility back and can do a front split now
