Mercury 250pro Xs how to replace a waterpump start to finish!

Impeller kit. 8M0142980
Housing 817275A1
Mercury high preformance gear lube
Tools
10mm Allen for the anode over prop
3/4 socket for the nut under the anode
3/4 wrench for nuts on the side holding lower unit on
Snap-on screw gun
10mm socket for water pump bolts
6mmx1.00 tan to clean threads and snap-on tap holder
Brakleen
Air blow nozzle
Permatex for a gasket use to be perfect seal they do not make any more
Water pump alignment pins 821571A1
2-4-C mercury grease

Great video, thank you! Can you elaborate on the 85 ft lbs on the "fat shaft" lowers? I have a 225 Pro XS with the For Torq SSR and it states 55 ft lbs. Do you also recommend replacing the Nylock lock nut every time, as there is no cotter pin, and it's the only thing holding the prop on, combined with the Belleville washer.
