When we don't eat carbs a day...we tend to feel lethargic and usually I get headache..and I stopped fad diets .... portion control is the key ..having food from each food group is the right method of losing weight in a healthy way....5- food groups - carbs-protiens-fruits n veggies-dairy-fats....these all should be taken in every meal...therefore we won't have deficiency in our body....
