Gunjan ma'am thank you so much for your vidios... I was 90 kgs once then I came to 66 it was ideal with my weight . I m a patient of 'Hypothyroidism' since when I was 4 years old . Now am 24 plus . Recently due to health issues , depression and pressure again I put on and I became 74 kgs . I was so stressed then I saw your videos came to my track with my life full of works .. And this month I lost 1.5 kgs . And today I m sooo happy I found my track again ❤❤

Mostly losing fat weight is an internal process. You will first lose hard fat that surrounds your organs like liver, kidneys and then you will start to lose soft fat like waistline and thigh fat. The fat loss from around the organs makes you leaner
