    Gunjan ma'am thank you so much for your vidios... I was 90 kgs once then I came to 66 it was ideal with my weight . I m a patient of 'Hypothyroidism' since when I was 4 years old . Now am 24 plus . Recently due to health issues , depression and pressure again I put on and I became 74 kgs . I was so stressed then I saw your videos came to my track with my life full of works .. And this month I lost 1.5 kgs . And today I m sooo happy I found my track again ❤❤

      Mostly losing fat weight is an internal process. You will first lose hard fat that surrounds your organs like liver, kidneys and then you will start to lose soft fat like waistline and thigh fat. The fat loss from around the organs makes you leaner

    I have a question on starving.
    So according to you, do starving for 14-16 hours, which we say intermittent fasting, is not beneficial?
    We usually hear that intermittent fasting is very helpful for building good immune and healthy body.

    Mam, i was told to replace refined oil but then i thought i should use mustard oil then i was told by my mother . We burn mustard oil and then store it and then use it .
    So , my question is , wouldn't burnt and used mustard oil be containing trans fat , which ultimately leads to weight gain ?

      Hey maine weight loose kiya tha when i was 83.5 kg then after 2 months diet with eating fats and oils including i came down to 69.7 kg and when you feel hungry just drink zeera water during the day 3 litres khatm karna haj puray din mein, aur mera weight gain abhi tak nai hua abhi b 69.7 he hai, main junk food b kha rahi hu, you name it pizza, burger potato air fried chips, roti more than one at a time using sugar, and i am shocked that abhi tak gain nai hua weight. Maine diet start ki thi 28th July 2022 aur diet end kar di 12th October 2022, without any exercise. Maine sirf walk ki thi har week mein 2 bar bss, han har kaam apna khud karo kisi se na kaho k mujhe ye pakra, do ye kr do, so body ko move karty raho bs

      diet par jab hum hote hai tab healthy diet khate hai har din.
      uski wajah se metabolism ek din slow down ho jta hai. healthy diet har din khane se body k sath dosti ho jati hai uski. toh woh healthy diet ko aapan hi aadmi hai karke kuch nhi karta matlab energy mein convert nhi karta..
      jab hum healthy diet k alawa aur(cheat meal) kuch khate hai tab woh naya food body k liye dushman ki tarah lagta hai ki bhai yeh naya aadmi kon hai apne area mein bhagao ise. toh naye food k sath ladne (energy me convert) karne k liye body metabolism ko badati hai. aur phir body phirse fat burn krne lagta hai.
      metabolism low hoti hai toh body aalsi hoke wahi baith jata hai kuch kaam nhi krta. metabolism high hota hai toh fat burn hote rehta hai.
      high metabolism patle log mein bahut hota hai matlab jyada fat burn no gain
      low metabolism fat logo mein hota matlab no fat burn mote log
