Wonderful thank U AGAIN
Very accesible to my folks (70+) who I'm creating a workout plan for. Thanks!
You're welcome Mike!
Wonderful workout. I am doing your chair one and this one and I love them both. The best workouts. I am 71 and just starting a workout after doing just walking for over 8 years. So glad I found these workouts on TH-cam!!
Great job!
The only complaint I can register is that I wish it was a longer workout. Great work, Mike!
Your work outs are just perfect for elderly mum-simple , doable and super effective, thank you so much for your work! 🙏🏼😊
as always Mike presents excellent material in an excellent way. Thanks Mike
terrificFeel I could take on the world after this !!!.
Mike, this is an excellent video!
I am a personal fitness trainer for seniors, and never imagined at 58 years old I would need to rebuild my strength. I was hit hard with Covid over the past two years, currently in Post Covid treatment. Thank you for this fabulous informative video!
You're welcome Gina! I hope you're doing ok with it all! You'll get back to where you were eventually!! 🙂💪
Feels so good afterwards. Thx!!!
that was an excellent workout-thank you so much Mike- very useful just to be using body weight alone. I think I will do them again every day for a week but slower and working up to your full reps. Very grateful for your posts x
Thanks Mike I love your exercises and looking forward to using weights / resistant bands
This is a great easy to do full body workout. My only observation is the reps are a little too fast for seniors or those just starting out? Other than that it's brilliant. Well done mate, deserve a lot more likes and hits and will share it!
I liked this video, great for beginners. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos. Thanks Mike
Thank you so much mike am doing itright now God bless you more
You are very welcome Epifania - Keep up your great work.
Thanks for the exercise 😅
I have low iron and find it hard keeping up with workouts without feeling very light headed. Although I am younger, these videos give me a great sense in what I implement into my routine to maintain strength without needing to stop to sit and compose myself. Thank you so much!! :)
Thanks for sharing Lauren! Keep up your great efforts :) and you're welcome.
Ask your doctor about B-12 shots. They really make huge difference in energy levels.
This is really a great exercise video for seniors. Looking forward to using home equipment of dumbbells and resistant bands. This is wonderful to save those (many times) Useless copays for PT.....especially those on a fixed income!Thank you!
Thank you Mike 4 making seniors feel good . Janice is right we are all on a fixed income and to know you are exercising correctly with Mike is awesome

You're welcome Lula! Great to hear! :)
Thanks for the video, Mike. I have a question. When I do the sit-to-stand exercise, my knees hurt when I'm coming up. Is there something else I can do, or can I modify this exercise somehow?
Make sure your knees are in line with your toes during the whole movement Jonnie. Also standing from a higher chair could be a place you need to start. You can also do partial squats in replace of the sit to stand.
Curious. Do you have to be careful with knee for the first exercise?
Hey Belle. The sit to stands are a safe exercise for the knee, and one of the best to strengthen legs for seniors. More so than the squat because they get the knees in a better position much easier. The knees should always be in line with the toes throughout. If it is too difficult to keep the knees in line with the toes (due to weakness), then either a higher chair should be used or the arm rests should be used to ensure this. (Or partial squats can be done instead). This will ensure the muscles are strengthened without causing issues with the knee.
@@MoreLifeHealth Appreciate the response. I'm helping my dad out with his health here. Thank for the content.
Why you don't do existing workouts for your Tommy's
Can you do some videos for women, too? I am female, not a guy. thanks.
Hi Mike, can I go barefooted doing these exercises?
You can Mariah. Provided you're not going to slip on the floor! :)
No sound?
Why not explain the muscles that are being worked and the benefit
Google
So much talking, muted, The 5 min resistance bands look good.
I would like to see resistance exercises using what is found in the household, such as counters, doorways, walls, broomsticks, towels, and chair, etc
Thank you
