    Absolutely the best. I have been doing his exercises every day and I've noticed a big difference in my shape. I look better at 72 then I did at 52 and before. Thank you Mike. Keep the positive things all going

    I’m helping my husband who use to workout everyday & was a runner. Parkinson’s hit about 15 years ago & he has pretty much lost most of his muscle mass, balance, but Mike your are helping him so much. He can not only watch, but hear your motivation & you & I keep him going🙏

      Good job. I am so happy that he is motivated. I am 81 and I was a weight trainer and yoga enthusiast. I just started this video today and I am really quite shocked at my loss of strength. But that's ok. It is one day at a time. I finished this class and I will return again in a couple of day. good luck to all of us reaching for the best us we can be. Namaste'

    Really liked this video. Here’s what I most like about all your videos: you get to the point and you get it done. Not a lot of small talk. I am a forever fan. My weights are only one pounders. I plan to go with two lbs soon. This was fun!

    Hi Michael! I have been working out with your videos, for 30.06 minutes in the morning. This past week I did 7 days following 7.13 warmup, 3 pounds weights: 10.17, 8.43, and 14.50. I added 1 mile walk ( at home) I feel energized and motivated to continue. I can’t express enough my appreciation and gratitude for your kindness. I am 77 years old , 5.2 inches short, although overall healthy, I gained 26 pound during the two years of the pandemic.
    My doctor was concerned about my blood pressure and cholesterol level. He suggested walking every day. But I felt so heavy I could not do it. It has been more than 6 months since I discovered your videos, but I didn’t followed every day. The words “ pre_diabetic” scared me enough.
    You have helped me so much! May God bless you in abundance. Thanks Mike.

    I love this workout. I am 72 and have been doing your stretches and weight workouts for seniors. But this one definitely steps it up a notch . I actually worked up a sweat. Loved it! Thanks.

    Well Mike, I have been doing these exercises every other day for 9 days....so 5 times now....every time I come to the lateral raises I cuss you...I finally took five lbs each off my weights for this exercise because ten lb weights were just too much for me right now. I am almost 82...I have exercised with weights most of my adult life...the last few years I have had a chronic. condition that preveted me from doing this. I am ust determined to be as strong as I can be and my shoulders and arms needed strengthing....so I am committed. I am grateful that you posted this video...I will be using it until it becomes easier for me before I move on to anything else. Namaste' 🙏

    Currently I am having to do demanding physical therapy exercises for knee problems. Having a seated upper body regimin helps keep the whole body working.

    Had another go at these exercises, hadn't done them in a while. It wasn't too bad, although I have had to drop the weights and I still found it challenging. Onwards and upwards now hopefully :):)

    Great. At last exercises I can take part in while sitting down. I was using weights along with my other Plates and stretching exercises but had no idea how to do them properly. Really enjoy this and hope to get better and better. I use 2KG weights and they push me just enough. Thank you so much.

    I'm continuing with the videos using weights (daily) and resistance bands (2-3 times week) and balance (1-2 times week). Also walking my dog 45+ minutes daily. These videos are so helpful and fun too!

    This is deceptively strong seated upper arm workout!~ I added a few extra moves from a trainer named Joyce Vedral afterwards. That side later arm raise is pretty tough but like it better than doing it to the front as Vedral did. So, I'll definitely keep doing your workout!! I'm 3 months out from hernia surgery, so I did 3 lb weights.....eventually will go back up to 5.

    I feel exercised after that routine, even with little 1.5kg weights. So it is (a) needed, and (b) doing me good. Thanks, Mike!

      Yep, definitely get a good workout with this one! And if you keep it up, as you get stronger you can increase the weight (so you continue to progress). Great work and keep up the exercises!

    How did you go with the inclusion of weights or cans in this workout?
    If you're having trouble, opt for lighter weights and move to heavier weight as you get stronger. Slow and steady!

      I have 3 lbs weights. It was a little difficult. I finished except for the last pushing up on the chair. That one is always harder for me. After the warm up and this, I think it is as good as I get this morning. Thanks for this video!

    Thank you Mike. This was a lovely upper body video- not too much and the right length. I use small water bottles as my hands wont go round tins and I haven't got weights. They work so well. These are very much appreciated as we cannot attend classes and home videos are often too long. x :-)

    I loved it. I am 60 years old and I have always exercised all my life but in the past 3 years a health issue called Mast cell Activation Syndrome has prevented me from doing very much, which also caused osteoporosis.it has caused swelling in my body and when I do heavier weights I get pressure in my eyes and head so I have to use light weights. I also have a torn labrum which affects me walking or dancing as much as I used to. Looking for lower body exercises to strengthen without affecting my hip- would love more videos to follow. Thanks so much - it was to follow along instead of planning my own routine.

    I am a 75 year old woman with COPD and I love your exercises, some are challenging for me, but I like that too. I do best in the chair because I get out of breath, but can do standup as well. Thanks again and I did hit the bell :)

    Tried this video for first time. So as to ease into, I used my 1 lb gloves. As I've been commenting, I've had right side neck and shoulder issues now for about 3 weeks. I get a massage every other week to help work through. I've been icing and use moist heat and take alleve (limit myself to 1 every 12 hours) to ease pain which seems to radiate in upper shoulder and arm especially in morning and through the night. It's a balance between stretching and easing into weights. Been here done this in past. Sometimes very challenging to make myself push to do but in the long run I'll get on the other side of this, I know. Thx Mike.

      sounds familiar. suggest a menthol product Biofreeze as well. Distraction therapy; helps me

    Every so often I come upon a little gem, and this routine is one of them, albeit demanding in some of the moves. I'm feeling a "GOOD" kind of invigorated tired right now. I used 3 lb. weights for most of the exercises, and the lateral arm lifts I used water bottles which are about 1.25 lbs. each, due to right shoulder weakness. I feel like a female Atlas right now.     I’m so glad I found your videos. I am not disciplined enough right now to do them from just a sheet with pictures and instructions on a regular basis . It’s good to do it with a teacher, even though you are probably thousands of miles away! I have lumbar muscle strain and bursitis in my left trochanter, including general muscle weakness. Is it safe to do your exercises every day? Should I alternate upper and lower body exercises every other day? I’ve already done your 5 minute core, posture, and 30 minute upper body videos. They’re great! Thank you so much.

      Hey Patricia! Great work with the exercises and glad to hear you like them :) Start by alternating the exercises and build it all up over time. By that I mean add in a little more time each week, and can eventually progress to do every day. Ensure you never have any pain during the exercises and listen to your body! 🙂
