      I’ve been looking for something just like this. My mobility has decreased over the last year because of lockdowns (UK). I have OA and I know I’ve sat around far too much during the pandemic. I haven’t been able to get to the gym and my fitness levels have plummeted. This seems perfect, a full body workout which I can do in the morning as a platform for building on. Thank you 🙏

    I am 63 yrs old and have sat around since March 13 2020 when we stopped working in public schools in Michigan...then I retired! I am soft and weak in every way, and have always relied on the busy lifestyle of a band director to get by. I've slowly been working my way back, with your help! I started out a couple weeks ago with just the simple short ones...this is my first venture on this long one. I really have a long way to go, but I feel good about the direction this is taking me...Thank You!!!

    This is a public Thank you to you Mike and to this program. BC, (before Covid) my wife and I, now 82, were doing a decent job of going to the YMCA and keeping up with their Silver Sneakers program. AC we found ourselves at home and quickly losing our ability and desire for exercise. Surfing Ytube I found various nice exercise programs for seniors BUT when we found yours, we knew we were where we needed to be. So again, thank you, this program is excellent and you do an excellent job of working with us. Keep it up.

    I just found your channel. Thank you! My wife had a stroke on the Scottish island of Iona. An NHS helicopter lifted her to a nearby hospital in Oban, just in time for thrombosis (blood clot thinning).
    We remained in Scotland, hospitalized for five weeks, getting her fit for travel back to the US. We’ve been back for two weeks and are still fighting with insurance, a Medicare replacement plan, for approach physical therapy. We have had to search out programs for home until we get her accepted in an outpatient program.
    Together, we went through this video, and found a great level for her beginnings. She’s a healthy 65 year old and is eager to participate in more of your videos. 🙏🏽
    I’ll check your resources to see if you offer material for stroke. Her right limbs are affected and her speech (slightly).

    I've tried several different videos for older beginners and I must say this is the channel for me. The exercises move just fast enough so you don't get bored with repetition and easy enough to incorporate throughout the day. Thank you so much -- after 3 weeks I already feel more fexible and balanced!

    Hi, this is my first time responding but I have to say how helpful your videos have been for me being that I have had three major surgeries within the past year and a half and need to start very slowly getting back to some exercise routine.
    I have bad two hip replacements and a laminectomy with an L4&5 fusion . My surgeries went very well but of course my muscles were weak from not exercising much during there’s months of recovery.
    I started doing your exercises and find that my muscles seem to be getting stronger and fine you so encouraging just want to say thank you.5

    Hey Everyone, I've been exercising with Mike since March 2020, practically everyday! and it has been life changing or should I say "muscle changing" - I did his "Ultimate..." adding weights to some of the exercises to make it more challenging! I recommend "Ultimate" to all beginners, you won´t repent.

    I loved this video. For those who tend to get lost on rights and lefts, Mike solves that problem by simple referring to one side then the other, or one leg then the other. Keeps me from tensing up trying to remember right or left. I love the length. Can work all parts, along with a warm up and cool down/ stretch. It is an empowered feeling to be able to do almost an hour. Sometimes I don’t get all the reps, but I get what I can do. Something is better than nothing.

    My wife and I love this video. My doctor suggested chair exercises. We found this video, tried it and do it regularly.
    Amazing how doing exercises in a chair can make us feel so energized. Definitely feel better after each session.

    First Tmer. Whole Video too! Fabulous for me.-73, not athletic, but “used to” walk every day-broke my Leg/they say hip b/c so far up- September - have bars screws wires full length of femor trochanter to knee. Now trying cane-and have plethora of personal issues (asthma /depression) that are killing me…. Your class was something doable. I’ll try again. I haven’t deep cleaned my place in 5 months. Cant get the energy. Hoping this won’t put me in a “broken-again” situation. If you have specific exercises to use ALL the gluts and leg muscles -specific to my injury, ill be watching for them. Bravo! Thank you. Stay healthy.

    You did it again, Mike! Imaginative whole body combo. The warm-up more broadly covered the ensuing full exercises. The change in the neck exercise patterns was novel. Your "I don't know" shoulder shrug comment brought on giggles. I did the hand flips and wrist bends with weights, as well as the upper body section. I'm working through a soft tissue knee flare-up right now, so the sitting hip "Os" and abductions were a welcomed change. At the end my entire body was buzzing. This one's a great thorough addition to my sitting exercise arsenal when I'm tired, feeling lazy (!), or going through pain. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY from New Jersey, U.S.!

    Enjoyed this longer exercise routine. I am a 60 year old lady who works with a developmentally disabled woman in her late 40s. She stated she felt so good after this routine. Looking forward to the next time. Enjoyed the stretches

    Thanks Mike suffered sciatica for years I have been for physio it was good next day, I was back to the same, just had a bad bout of sciatica, thought I would try ylu excercises, and so much improved

    I got fit and lost loads of weight during lockdown. 2 years later I've gained all the weight back and become unfit. So, as I approach my 78th birthday I have resolved to reverse the situation. Love this seated workout as a great way of getting started. Many thanks. X

    Thanks Mike, another wonderful workout. I'm glad you're doing longer ones. There are days when I have plenty of time and enthusiasm for exercise, but less oomph or strength. This workout was perfect today because it was very manageable yet challenging, and covered the whole body, but none of it felt overwhelming.

    Hello Mike: I am not sure if I already gave my feedback before, but I appreciate that this exercise is beginner and is fully seated because my Dad has Parkinson's and he cannot do much in terms of flexibility. I try to help him sometimes to get him to cognitively understand in general what the exercise positions are about and to stretch as far as he can without making him go beyond what he is able to do. Anyway my Dad has been doing this exercise a few months now. Thank you for making videos for senior citizen beginners whose flexibility is limited, much appreciated!

    Am 10 months out from having rods put in both femurs. It’s been a long road but am ready to get by in shape. I find this video very helpful & no too strenuous. I am 74 yrs young & want to stay that way! I think u are the one for me. See u tmrro!

    Hi Mike. Although I'm only 57 I have bad osteoarthritis (spine, neck , knee and hip joints) and haven't done any exercise for a while. I used to swim a lot and do free weights and regular gym sessions before Covid lockdowns. During the first 7-8 months I was doing HIIT workouts posted by a great English guy called Joe Wicks. But as my condition has been getting worse (I'm on a long public health waiting list for a new knee) I was starting to feel a bit depressed and kind of gave up on trying. This morning I got up and came into the kitchen, turned on TH-cam and was determined to do some kind of routine to get my mind and body back into the game. I've just done this workout and I must say, it surprised me how much can be done sitting on a chair. It was just what I needed. I'm going to recommend your channel to my 80 year old mom and try and repeat this workout for at least the next few weeks myself until I feel able to start taking on something more vigorous. Absolutely great video. This workout has really helped my mental wellbeing today. Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Mike, I've graduated from the 35-minute workout to this one. I truly enjoyed the extra stretches and the cool and easy way that you encourage us to keep moving! Yesterday I walked about seven miles and this workout helped me to get the kinks out of my 64 year old body before adding an extra mile to my walk. Kudos to you!

    There are more hand and leg works in this bacause it is longer. For seniors like me, this is a way of being mobile though sitting down because standing exercises can be strenuous for us. Thanks for giving us this. God bless you.

    Second time exercising with you! Having difficulty with leg lifts. Hoping to have success. I am a walker, weather permitting I generally walk a little over 3 miles a day, I am surprised I have leg lift difficulties at all. Thank you again for a great full body workout ! 😊
