    Just found this video, what a great 38 minute workout thats with warm up too. I am in pretty bad shape, bad right knee and sciatica down right leg, in constant pain, but I can do this! Thanks whoever you are and love your Aussie accent!!!

    You are the best. I am 93 and I cannot stand no more than 5 min. I have bone on bone on the right knee and the seated exercises are the best. You are a great teacher. Thank you.

    I cared for my husband for several years until his passing almost a year ago. On and off the bed, lifting him out of his chair, supporting him as he walked with a cane, pushing him in the wheelchair. I had a strong back and arms. Of course now I’ve lost all that muscle tone and most of the time the whole upper back and shoulders are so sore/stiff/aching that I can’t even walk a couple blocks. I just watched and did this routine for the first time. Totally stretched me out or something! I did a few things around the place and then went for an hour walk! I didn’t start to feel my shoulders until a few minutes before I came home. This exercise (as well as the others shown) will become a daily routine from now on. It felt so good to be without pain for a while. Thank you.

      I, like you, went through the same thing a year and a half ago. And then I lost my dad and did the same thing taken care of him. I understand where you are, and look forward, as you do, to beginning fit, and well for our future lives. God bless you! Have a beautiful new life in Christ!

    I’m so glad I found your video, Mike. My only exercise before this was a 30-minute walk which I think was not enough for me. I’m 83 yrs old. I easily get tired and feel some weakness but after doing your exercise for a month I feel good and stronger now. Thank you for helping us.

    I am not a senior.. I’m 28 actually, and with two under two, I’m surprised that my muscles are just so weak and I am having some kind of sciatic/ nerve/ pain issues that are scaring me… I’ve only done a few minutes of this video and of another one about peripheral nerve pain down the leg and foot and wow so far so good. I’m working up to finishing both videos and I’m really liking your content. Thank you so much for caring about people and doing these workouts. So far every other workout or nerve/pain related video I’ve found was still just too much for me as simple as they were.. your videos are perfect I’m excited to get back into exercising and I feel your videos are helping me get strong again.

    After 9 months in quarantine, doing what I love most: painting, sewing and crafting, I didn’t realize what physical inactivity was doing to my body.
    I tried exercising like I used to at the gym, I just couldn’t do it!! Thanks God I found your videos!
    Now I am doing 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon.

    I'm only 28 but have a recurring injury and this video has been perfect for allowing me to still do some exercise while working both my arms and legs without putting weight on my knee or moving it in uncomfortable ways - in fact the leg raises combine really well with my physio exercises. I will definitely be revisiting this channel on days when my knee is in pain to keep as active as I can, thank you so much.

      I had severe upper back pain as I got up in the morning I tried these 30 minute chair exercises The first day itself it gave me relief Next morning I was much better Thanks a lot for your help 😊

    Your exercises are simply wonderful. I am from Chennai, India and am 69 years old. Looks like you have thoroughly understood what type of joint pain we elders undergo and have planned Your programme. You are a great son to elderly people like me for I can see the dedication when you repeatedly make us do it.     I enjoyed this workout. It’s the first one I’ve had in a while. Just finished having neck surgery and recovering from it. I’m on my third week of recovery. Thank you so much for the simple chair workout. I totally appreciate it and enjoyed it.

    Really like doing this chair routine, Mike. I am a senior and also have sciatica; it allows me to get my exercise. I've noticed You go outside the box and do things for the mind which is terrific....good luck and keep the videos coming.

    I watch your videos on TH-cam on my big tv. I love it! I’m only going into my 3rd. Week but I work with you everyday n sometimes Twice. I can already go up and down my two steps with out holding on to the rail. I’m so excited! I feel better now. Not at first but now! I’m 75 n I don’t want to be feeble anymore and was just wondering if exercising would help . It does ! Thank you so much for your precise instructions! 😊🙏🏻

    Excellent Mike, am a total gym user who had extensive bunion surgery 2 weeks ago and seated exercise is all I can do now. Even some of those I need to be very light on that foot. Very helpfu!

    Hello, I am only 59 but have severe feet pain so I have not been doing much work outs at all the last couple of weeks so decided to try your chair work out. It is right now impossible to do standing work outs so glad i found this. It is a bit easy but still it got me moving and thank you

    I sat and watched the full video today to familiarise myself. Then replayed to do the exercises. Easy but so effective. Have now subscribed. You are a great trainer. Looking forward to trying out your other videos too.

    My group of seniors love your routine. Thank you for your great moves We nicknamed you ring finger so when I’m going to show you I say we are going to put on ring finger today 😂!!!!!! lol
