    Can’t wait to get started on these. Should’ve done them for all lock down but didn’t see this video. More fool me! It is an ideal workout for someone with MS like me. Strengthening legs are hugely important for maintenance. Thanks Mike.

    Two days ago I fell and couldn’t get up, my son had to carry me to standing position because I had no strength at all in my legs. I was looking for something like this, thank you for this video. My 80 year old body will regain some strength, God willing.

    I'm not a senior but have a permanent ankle injury. This was a fantastic workout for me with the seated stretches to begin. Something to keep my lockdown time more purposeful. Thanks!

    Thank you so much for this. The simple way you are teaching the exercise is fantastic. I could never been able to do it otherwise. My legs were really feeling very week. I did your exercise only once and I already feel better.

    I have poor balance and strength issues from diabetic neuropathy will these exercises help to improve both??

    When doing the hip abduction, is the knee that you are standing on kind of locked? Or can it be a little flexed? When I stand and lock it I am afraid I may hurt that knee. Thanks.

      If it's more comfortable, and you can manage, you can do it unlocked/flexed a little.

    I've been doing the lower body strengthening for three weeks. Does the sit-stand ever get easier? would I need to add weight to build additional strength so that just raising body weight seems easier?

      @@MoreLifeHealth I'm doing leg strengthening, including the sit to stand three times a week, and upper body three times per week on alternate days with Saturday off. I thought your previous response (like) meant to add wt so I added just 4 lbs about a week ago, which I hold close to my chest in both hands. I do three sets of 10 or 12 reps. I saw someone say you should do 5 sit to stand every day - so much info out there it's a little bewildering. My main goal is improving my mobility without getting injured, so I've been doing some exercises to target glutes (I know they are weaker than they should be) but I'm very cautious with body mechanics. My dream is to be able to get up from the floor without using my hands . 😊 So should I increase the frequency, or stay the course and hopefully gain the strength over time?

    I get dizzy when tilting m head up toward ceiling i also get dizzy when ever i lay down and sometimes even if i get up to quickly especially at night to use the bathroom. i have to take it slow.... seen dr about it and he doesn't have any suggestions as to what i can do, i've tried physical therapy with no success.. it has to do with my brain as i have also Cardiomyopathy no blockage but its hard to try to do most exercises without severe fatigue but i tried to follow along as much as i could.. thank you

      Great work doing as much as you could. Slow and steady with gradual progress doing a little bit more each day. Focus on your wins, even if small, over time they add up! Keep it up :)

      Hi I do too. The trick is to keep your eyes focus one area like staring and don't let them move with you. Remember eyes straight. Hope this helps some.
