- It's often said that the slow extraction process of cold brew coffee means you don't need the freshest of beans to create a good result. But how fresh is fresh enough?

I would've liked to see blind taste tests here.
Great comparison. I was hoping you would have also done a whole bean test!
When coffee goes stale, it's a lost cause and not good for much other than compost or gardening. Meat is the same way, but no-one was ever hospitalized and died from eating stale coffee - yet! 😉
Nice share bro... 👌👌👌
Cant wait to see your pumpkin spice latte experiments
Oooh there’s an idea!
Love the comparison tests!!!
Thanks!
Stale coffee beans are like poison. Once I pulled a shot from barely used pack of Lavazza super crema beans that were sitting on the counter for almost a year. It was extremely bitter so I added some milk. I could barely finish it. But within few minutes my body went into a shock. It took couple of days for me to recover.
