    I just wanted to apologize for leaving you a hurtful comment last week 😔(about Boho Beautiful being one of those greedy Yoga Corporations). That comment didn't come from my heart. I was in a negative headspace and shouldn't have brought that negativity with me to the mat. Honestly, you are the only yoga instructor that I can get myself to workout with, because of all the positivity you ooze. Thank you for all that you guys do @Boho Beautiful Yoga! Sorry again, and I hope I'm still welcome in the Boho-Community 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

      We all hurt others , the fact that you realised your mistake and appologized for it proves that you are a good person and willing to be better.
      Ofcourse you are welcomed in boho community ( i dont know if i have the right to say that though😅 but i consider myself to be a little part of boho community ).
      I hope you have released your negativity , if not that's fine as well .give yourself time and love you need.

    So last week I finally bought myself a Yoga mat after getting inspired by your channel for the last couple of weeks... What should I say? it's the first time in my life, that moving my body feels actually good.

    I'm going through a really scary time financially in my life, my health and body have definitely taken a backseat trying to scramble. I'm really thankful for your videos and your accessible yoga practice. When I find a moment of stillness I try I get on my mat and follow your practices. As of late I've been having a mental/physical block following my own bodies flow. But your practices make me feel like I'm reclaiming my body as a sacred thing to be taken care of rather than a tool to abuse and push to it's limits to try to survive. Thank you for what you do!

    Your classes make me feel good and keep fit. I've been following you since this September and the results are amazing. My core and upper body are really strong and well noticeable. I don't suffer spine ache, my posture is great. And due to my sedentary student life and neighbours beneath I cant afford to do ordinary cardio workouts. Your yoga classes just save my body.     I’m relatively new to Boho yoga but I’m loving it. I know I don’t look graceful, and my almost 47 year old body isn’t as flexible as it could be, but I’m feeling great. I’ve started getting up earlier in the morning to fit a session in before work. Thank you ❤

    Thank you for this beautiful practice! I have enjoyed it soooo much… I’ve been practicing yoga with you for a while now but in the last month I feel the most connected to my body and mind. I am practicing consistently but I am not doing any challenge or marathon, which is super great for me (because these things end rather quickly and they take my desire to keep practicing). This time I feel I am onto something… Instead of practicing because I need to, I practice because I deserve the movement. My body is worthy of getting up from my workplace and getting to the mat to spend some time alone with my breath and your sequences. Thank you!!

    Oh, I wish so bad I could do this yoga vid. I have a fracture in my right sit-bone & I’m in therapy. Being patient is extremely difficult for me. I was tempted but I really want to heal. It looks so refreshing. Thank you 🙏 for sharing. I can’t wait to try it…😊💓
