      I made the awful mistake of doing this in 42'C while on holiday. I wanted something easy to help we unwind and ended up doing this haha. I had an amazing time but I've never sweated so much in my life.

    So here we are, April 2024, almost 5 years on, this gets more and more amazing every time I follow this yoga set, so much more gratitude for what you guys have done & do, just the logistics of carrying a camera all the way across the world and to the top of this gorgeous mountain.     6.11.23: when I thought I have found the toughest workout from boho. This came to my page and here another great tough full body workout just what I need! Yessssss!!! And beautiful Nepal!!!!

    ur yoga has changed how i feel abt my body. i was doing excessive ab workouts and booty workouts, then getting discouraged when i wasnt seeing results quickly, which i know isn’t a good thing but since watching u, i’ve learnt that it’s about making my body feel good before it looks good.
    i do these in the morning, and as a typical workout. i feel so good.

    I am with you my girl over 8 years after i had a panic attack loosing my dad. i found in your voice the balance that I needed at the time. ❤thank you for doing this. Today I challenge my self to finish this workout and everytime I was already to stop i hear your voice to keep going. You do an amazing job. Thank you ❤

    Omg, I confess that I shy away from the Bohos that have the word WORKOUT in their title (LOL), but I just did this one and I feel amazing. Just as if I'm on top of the clouds in Nepal with Juliana. How fabulous.

    So I have a really bad foot injury. Long story short, car accident had the entire top part of my foot sliced off. My toes were barely hanging on. A surgeon fixed it but it hurt a lot to walk or even stand and I had little mobility in my foot making me walk with a limp and take a lot of pain medication. Not only have these videos helped me as physical therapy(even though I know you say it shouldn't be😅), I can balance on one foot now which I could not before. I have a lot more strength but also I stopped taking pain medication. I tried this video when I started yoga a few months back and thought "this is crazy. How can anybody do this🙄" and now I can do it completely without stopping!! If I met you in person I would give you the biggest hug. You have no idea. Thank you so much ☺️

    I dont think I have ever posted a comment on anything but I just have to... my days are not complete without doing a video of yours. It’s changed my life, peacefulness, and how I went back to how I looked when I was a dancer. I don’t look too muscular but instead I feel strong AND feminine. This last video gave me a fantastic workout and your music is always spot on. I get into music with my workouts so it means a lot to have such beautiful sounds.     this was a favourite 18 mos ago when i first discovered it, and its still a favourite now. i actually like the faster speed, sometimes i feel like i need to speed up your flows 25% i get so frustrated waiting lol. and the music is absolutely beautiful. its good that you have a mix of everything for everybody... faster flows, slower flows... upbeat music, bedtime music, barely audible music.... long flows, short flows... relaxing flows and conditioning flows... something for all of us!

    Woaw! The visuals are stunning and incredible ! I really felt the immensity of this place while being on my yoga mat in my basement. Big shoutout to Juliana for doing this yoga workout in probably very hard and cold conditions. I'm a dancer and I can see when someone is secretly suffering ;) that's what happens when you are so dedicated and in love with your job. And the Sun appearing at the end ! Perfect timing 💖

    This is my favourite workout ever. The scenery is really breathtaking and I live near a mountain, so I always find a way to reconnect with nature, by going for a run or hiking while taking pictures of every element nature has given to us. This one is a way to remember how to live, and wake up again. This workout is really proving, so I love it, and the music is spectacular. I love finishing my workout with this routine, it makes me feel amazing. You are doing an exceptional work with all your yoga, pilates and even cardio routines. I was loosing myself and the sense of my existence, but through your beautiful help I am discovering my objectives and powers again. I am loving the entire path, not only the light that I want to achieve. I want to give you the most sincere thanks for all this work.

      I just tried this flow and I can say with a certain confidence that, without that child's pose at 14:35, I wouldn't be here to tell the story 😥😥 now I feel like a sweat puddle, but it was worth it! Amazing flow!!

    Hi, I just finished this yoga practice and I did something a little new. Often I'll place crystals around my mat ... like today I had a candle quartz at the sun star position and a earth stone at the earth star ... but this time I also had two small rose quartz, easily held in my hands, and when my hands were free, (not on the mat), I held them. Thus I ended up energetically moving them throughout my aura ... it felt like a Rose Quartz bath!! It was amazing!!! Incredible really. The flow of my energy through these movements helped to integrate the beautiful vibrations and gifts of these Rose Quartz. I've recently deepened in my understanding of the gifts of the Elemental Kingdom ... they are tremendous, on a conscious and energetic level, and helping to harmonize the two, which of course harmonizes the body.
    I strongly recommend trying it and I plan on getting various pairs of gemstones, crystals for this purpose ... imagine a Morganite bath or Larimar or Amazonite! Power energies to energetically engage the flow of!!

    Whoohooohoot swhoot whoot did this on a mon morning to kick start my day n week !!!`sweatin it hoop upppppp heheheh!!! What yoga video can I do for a cold shoulder.,like I've said this entire month started off very negative for me , with me being hospitalized for an entire week...it was beyond terrible n dreadful; I never imagined I would be so sick n weak whr I was in er,ICU n reg ward had tachycardia, electrolysis abnormalities;the entire time I kept thinking we're nothing without our health!! I kept praying to get btr..hope for positivity kept me going the entire time..n also my amazing family support n hospital staff,...this ,months theme for me has been recovery!! Rejuvenation..getting up n picking myself up!!!! Praying tht kinda illness never happens again!! So far I'm fine just recovering with minor pains etc!!! Xoxo to both of u!!! Wnated to tell u guys how ,miserable my health has been for the past ,month!!!!

    I’ve been following Julianna and Mark for over 3 and a half years. And so far this has been my favorite workout! I found it super fun and just what I needed. The only thing that could have made it better for me was to have a beach or lake setting. But nature is nature! 🧚🏻‍♀️♥️

    Serious punch in 20mins. My hip flexors are incredibly tight through the pandemic, so I modified the majority of the Boat pose sequences. Loved the high lunge sequences!

    Great, short video. I've been searching for a yoga video that gets your heart rate up, feels peaceful, but requires almost constant motion and balance for those days I just don't want to do a workout, but actually am doing a workout.

    I just did this with the other Yoga for unsettling times that you have posted. Wow, the scissor kicks are badass. I had just mopped my floor earlier and after these workouts, my sweat was dripping all over around the mat and the floor. I guess I'll have to clean up again. I love your videos and I am happy to stay at home with your workout videos! We are having enhanced community lockdown in Manila, Philippines for a month! can't wait to try your other workout videos!
