I quit the gym after 10 years lifting heavy weights. My body was so burnt out. The past four months I’m just doing your videos at home in my front room. My energy is returning and I’m shocked to say I enjoy them more than lifting. I’m literally Pilates obsessed now 😍 Your videos are so easy to follow and I get an amazing mind to muscle connection. My body looks leaner/toned and less inflamed and chunky which is what happened when I was doing weights all these yrs 🧘🏼♀️💛💛💪
I really don't understand the lifting trend we have now, so glad to hear someone talks about the long term. I just have a feeling that as a women, I couldn't sustain that. Pilates has a nicer vibe:)
58 year old former collegiate gymnast and I did my share of weight lifting too but I always come back to Nicole to kick my butt and make my posture and countenance improved and balanced.
I know this is very true! I have been following Nicole since the pandemic and haven’t missed the gym. Only now at age 62 am I considering returning to the gym for strength training but I’m still questioning whether it’s necessary or not ? Nicole please respond with your opinion of course or anyone else here as I will still follow you many days a week? Is it necessary ?

Another fantastic workout - thanks Nicole!!! A year after back surgery, I honestly don't know where I'd be without your pilates videos. Instead of laying flat on my back hopeless, I can do all of the activities that I could do pre-injury and more thanks to a stronger core!
I had the worst lower back pain for 4 months where i couldn't do anything - i suspect this is because of weight lifting. So someone suggested i do pilates instead and after 1-2 months of diligently following your workouts my lower back pain is GONE and never came back. I feel so fit (even more so than when i was doing weight lifting and HIIT). So happy to have you in my life 😭
So glad to see a new video! I have been working out with your videos for a year now and I have seen a big difference in my posture and body. I have done all types of different workouts in the past years that included weights and running and cardio as well as HIIT and although I did see some results, none have ever given me the results you and your videos have. I suffer from bad posture and your workouts have changed my posture and body better than I expected. Thank you very much for changing my health for the better.
I've said it before and I'll say it again....your cues are amazing! I've never ever been able to isolate my abs (no matter how strong - I did aerial performance for 11 years and still couldn't isolate my abs). My neck always engages fully. I love Pilates but I've not been able to see much progress since I always have to keep my head on the ground....until a few months ago when your phrasing on bringing the ribs to the hips was a lightbulb moment for me. My neck still turns on, but I've been able to engage my abs better and take the strain off my neck because of it. I love that I can come to your channel to get a great workout but also find some easier workouts on days I just don't feel like moving at all. I always feel better afterwards.

I can't even express sometimes how good I feel after Nicole's videos , especially lately since I've been feeling extra bad about my body , I'm at a new heavy weight and it really threw me. I had always tried to keep as active as I good with exercise but I get so busy sometimes it's 2/3 weeks before I'm able to do anything again sometimes even a month but this week I started slow and did 4 days of training this week one of them being Pam's videos and the last 3 days Nicole and everytime I ended with her's I just felt so calm and at peace there's something about her energy and voice that just calms you and makes you feel like as long as you take it day by day you'll be okay ❤ 😊

amazing !! I found this an evolution of your method and I think it has everything in 25 minutes. This is a candidate for my repeating workout to do every day. The only modification would be to add a few squats with leg lifts. I think this would nicely complete the workout. But that's just me. Thank you for everything you do for your students. Thank you so much for the video. I am recovering from a year and a half of almost no exercise due to two herniated discs. Many of these exercises I can't do, and I modify as best I can. I would really appreciate it if you could give a few quick alternatives when the exercise requires abdominal strength that a client might not have. Like I usually do bent knees over my hips as I can't hold legs straight at even a 10 degree angle. As a retired professional ballet dancer it is killing me to be still for so long. This was really good but very difficult for me.
Where do I start from the beginning Have after many years of exercise had a break due to husbands health issues × no driving waiting for cataract op now have date for it My strength needs boosted altho the postures never leave you.D

I am struggling so much with 10:30 this exercise of holding Ankles and rolling down and up. Any tips would from anyone would be highly appreciated.
