  • Get ready to work your core in this 20 Minute Total Core Pilates Workout. You could do this workout on it's own or combine it with one of my other workouts for a full body burn. All you need is yourself and a mat, no equipment needed. I hope you enjoy it! 😊

    This was so tough but feels great to challenge myself! But how on earth do you stay so effortlessly graceful and beautiful while doing these workouts! I literally look like a whole mess during and after! 😂

      Oh my goodness, I was thinking the same thing! I was muttering, sputtering and collapsing trying to be as graceful as Nicole lol I was able to see myself in the tv reflection and had myself laughing because I was the opposite of graceful! Next time will be better :)

    I’ve been in the gym lifting heavy for months. I’ve been lazy this weekend and haven’t wanted to leave my house so I did this. Wow. This burned my core!

    This video just destroyed my core in the best way possible.
    I’ve always had issues with breathing properly throughout workouts which creates light-headed-ness so i love how you inform us about the proper inhale / exhales in your videos too. ❤️ super helpful!

    Omg this video came at the perfect time. I work out 5 days a week on the bicycle. I am slim but I have lower stomach fat and I was looking for a workout that targeted the core area. I’m so glad I finally found a workout for me. Thank you. ❤

    I had problems of where to start working out until I learned about Pilates, and oh my, how it really does change your body. I start to feel my muscles that I really didn't know it existed and my body feels so energize after two weeks. After two months of doing Pilates, I have lost 15 pounds with a bit of dieting. ❤❤

    so glad I found this core workout! it was very challenging as im trying to build my core strength, but I loved it!! will definitely be checking out more of you videos! thanks for sharing

    I love this video! there are some core workouts I do not like doing but they are always in every core video, but this video has a different approach which i really enjoy and engaged my abs!!
