The wrist stretch really helps - I play baseball and cricket, and sometimes when I’m bowling or throwing, I get pain on the bottom of my wrist. This has strengthened it and given me extra velocity!

the first time I did this class it was sooooo difficult but coming back to it again it felt much more doable! I have an imbalance in my core that favors my back muscles so I really appreciate this targeted ab workout! you’re the best ❤️

Dear Nicole, I've been doing HIIT workouts and strength workouts for, idk maybe 4 years, and now I've switched to pilates, and I simply feel like HIGH after having done pilates every time. I'm hoping to get into advanced yogic practices. I think I can do that switch from here to there. First time trying Pilates, I’ve been lifting weights for the past 2 years but this was so challenging in a new way!!! It was easy (as I’m used to having heavy weighted exercises) but the holding of the positions and lack of breaks was very new. Thanks for a nice switch up of my routine!
This is my first time doing Pilates, but I have a pretty strong core, so I thought a moderate intensity would be ideal. Good *god.* I was not ready. I knew it'd be hard, but this made me rethink everything. Subscribed.
I was starting to think to myself that the exercises for beginners were starting to not work for me anymore, so I decided to take it to the next level and I am amazed that I am succeeding very well despite the fact that I still take short breaks. But as soon as I finish the workout I feel so proud

it was so good!!! It was hard, but I felt every cell of my body. and the stretching moments were so great... I want to do it again
More then the core, my wirsts and knees sometimes can't hold til the end of a series 😭😭 btw amazing training as always ❤❤
It was great to come back to MWN after recovering from an injury. Had to do some modifications and decreased some reps but I look forward to getting back to my stronger self.😊
