    Made the Chilli Chicken Quinoa with roasted cauliflower instead of chicken, and just a half cup of quinoa (uncooked weight) with more veg. Holy cow, that is delicious!

    I lost 40 pounds/18kg since May 2019, and maintained that weight loss from October through December. I'm at a healthy weight for me right now, but I would like to lose a few more pounds this year (less than 10, probably 5-7) and see how I feel at that weight. If I'm feeling too thin or cold etc I'll regain some weight back to maintaining where I am right now, but regardless, after the initial mini weight loss period, I'm working on transitioning to healthy maintenance for the rest of my life.

      You'll be ok. Eating low carb/low sugar is very important. There are also advanced options. I had an ovarian wedge resection surgery by a trained Naprotechnology doctor.

      Hey hun, I also have pcos. Just know that it’s going to be ok and you’ll be able to manage everything in the long run. It’ll help to find a doctor who really really listens to you and offers you more than just birth control. Also follow a bunch of accounts, that helped me too. Wishing u the best

    I'm 14 and l really want to go healthy
    I started doing some stretches from Anna Mcnulty and i really enjoy doing now l want to stop eating sugar 😵 even if it's hard l think l will try new recipes to see if i like it and if i do l will try to eat it every time i want to eat sugar or l will try to drink lemon water or something healthy that l don't like 😉 and l think it will help, l want to keep up with my hobbies like drawing because l didn't draw for 3 months and l'm feeling guilty about it 😖 l want to start reading and writing stories..
    love your videos so much they are so amazing you are such an awesome and an inspiring person 😎✨

    • @InshasChoice
      @InshasChoice 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've started drinking fruit teas and green tea? I actually enjoy them. You can replace sugar with natural sweetners. Also dates are sweet and might soothe your cravings?

    • @rimaramax
      @rimaramax 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@InshasChoice Thank you so much 😍❤️

    • @dizzylbnt
      @dizzylbnt 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@InshasChoice seconded! I've started popping green tea teabags in water just before bed and fruit teas as well and iced teas are so refreshing (not to mention, zero bitterness in the green teas because they never interact with hot water - it's just another way I like to enjoy them). Dates are awesome! Just a quick tip though; make sure you know what kind of date you're eating because the calories can add up pretty quickly! An average dried date where I come from is about 20 calories and a medjool date is like 60 calories for each one, when you get the fancy ones that are stuffed with nuts or coated with chocolate you'll need to add a few more calories to that too :) so definitely super sweet And healthy fruits, just try not to eat fifty at once XD
