I love you're videos. I've just started my pcos journey. I've had it for 2 years and not done anything about it, but ive stopped taking bc and trying to get my period back naturally. I've noticed anything I eat hurts my stomach so hopefully changing my diet to healthier foods and better nutrition helps out! You're videos have been helping me stay on track🥰
I have PCOS and my obgyn put me on a birth control that has helped MASSIVELY. I had a different bc before that and it was awful. Good luck figuring out what works for you
@@molliee5183 my doctor put me on it but it was really just putting a bandaid on everything and all the hormones it was pushing in me was messing me up emotionally when im usually pretty stable for birth control doesnt work for me but im glad its helping you!

I love oats cooked with water then I add a high protein greek yoghurt and berries and almonds!!! I find your videos helpful thanks again.I was just wondering how much oats do you have?

Do you replace your carbs with more fat or protein whenever you reduce them in a meal? Also, so happy to see an upload, girl! You’re always a blessing to watch in this weird world.
Thanks my love!! My protein stays pretty steady, it's been around 130-140g/day for a few years. And yep to make up the calories I need I put more dense carbs around workout times and then fill the rest of the calories I need with fats :D

I don't know why we call super processed foods such as protein powder and oats a realistic diet. Up until 50 years ago, we didn't even have these foods on the market. Not to mention that oatmeal is one of the most sprayed crops.

tip for reducing echo; tapestries & drapes. flanks of fabric in place of foam will have some echo dampening, however it won't be 'proofed'.
