How do you decide whether to add garlic powder, garlic paste or just fresh minced garlic for a recipe?
It usually depends on the recipe and what texture it calls for. Minced/ crushed garlic is fresher than powder and has a stronger flavour/ aroma.

Low heat & time are your best friends.
@@scarypooldrain Yeah maybe I should adjust the heat but it usually burns on the outside and is still raw on the inside.
