    Please never stop sharing all these meal preps next week me and my husband will start prepping I showed him your meal prep and he's very excited to start this journey with me we have 2 kids under 2 and I know this will help us save time and money with food and not just go out to eat plus the kids will be eating healthy as well !     These videos are so fun to watch! I wanna meal prep because I'm always eating junk in the office, but I don't like using the microwave. If you eat cold meals (salads, poke bowls, etc), I'd love to see a video too!

    Sauteing quinoa in a little bit of olive oil prior to cooking it helps get rid of the bitter taste as well!! It becomes very nutty and fluffy. :)

    In my experience, "Yazio" is better than lifesum. Also you don't have to pay to save recipes. You can buy premium but it's just for things like access to some recipes the app offers you for inspiration etc. Also, you can make connections between yazio and fitness apps. Some of them are premium but there is a free option. Macros are tracked as well but sodium or whatever is premium.

    Hey girl, I made the muffin recipe yesterday and my mix came out more watery than on the video. The muffins still turned out ok but the quinoa flour has a super strong flavour. Maybe it was just the one I purchased, I'm not sure? Any recommendations to fix this? Otherwise great vid, helped me heaps this week!

      Moon Prism you can't actually taste the yoghurt when it's cooked - it's a way to make them more moist and also get some extra protein into the recipe! :)

      @@RachelAust Can never go wrong with muffins. Though, I'd have to use something in replace of coconut oil considering I get nauseated by the smell and taste of coconut. The cashew chicken has me interested despite the fact I don't really care about cashews. Weird how something can look appetizing and beautiful even when you know you may not care for it.

      Angela Camacho I would recommend 3 days, but no more than 5 days to keep them fresh. You can always freeze the meals as well.

      Justyna K I've prepped them to eat over the 3 days - I'm tracking my meals 100% at the moment so I like to stick to what I've prepped if it hits my macro/calorie allowance.

      Hagar'sCraftyRoom-DIY,nails,cooking,hacks,lifestyle these meals were only in my fridge for 3 days before they were gone. If you were prepping more I’d suggest either prepping just ingredients to freeze, or more “freezer friendly” meals :)

      Zarina have you been rinsing the quinoa? It helps to rinse it for a couple of minutes to remove the saponins off the outside of the seed.

      Zarina try soaking in baking soda for one hour then rinse.

    whenever I pre-boil my eggs, they end up stinking my fridge. anyone else got this problem and how do you deal with it? ( I keep them in an air-tight container, but when I go and open it it reeks)

      I've never had that problem. Make sure your eggs don't crack while boiling them? 🤷🏽‍♀️

      Elvira Șușcă there's a possibility that you've overcooked them? That sulfurous smell comes out when they are boiled for too long.

      I was overcooking them and makes them stink specially when i take them to work everyone know i am eating my eggs. Lol
      Now i only cook them for about 10 minutes if that
