    Packable lunches ! I love how simple these recipes are, most healthy recipes require so many ingredients that I don’t have and can’t justify getting for just one recipe.

    Hi Rachel, I've been making some of the recipes from your previous videos (I am obsessed with the tuna patties, which last me all week and they are so great with many different options like salad, eggs bene, etc). And so, I cannot wait to try out these options too. I always enjoy watching your Meal Prep videos especially, because they are delicious and aesthetically presented (videography, music, editing), which for me makes for an overall inspirational and yummy experience. Thank you! Also for your next video I vote for snacks. I am a such a grazer, and in my healthy eating journey, I find that my biggest struggle is with finding healthy snacks.

    The stems of the veggies are also eddible ! I always use to throw them away. Just take out the top layer that may be dry and the back tip of the stem and it can be cut and cooked🙂

    Snacks would be awesome. I have the hardest time finding good and healthy snacks that aren't chocolate bars or just fruit which can be so boring all the time.

    Hey love, just got diagnosed with PCO a few days ago and already did some research. Your videos have helped me soo much - thanks a lot!!! I have a few questions tho and it would be amazing if you could answer me... Is it okay with PCO to consum soy? Do I have to cut out coffee completely? How much fruit is okay? (I'm low carb but still wondering bc of the sugar) and what are your thoughts on afficial sweeteners like sucralose etc are they safe to consum or do they trigger gut health?

    For all the people who want a healthy snack mix dry oats and any nut butter (almond, peanut, etc.) and bake it in the oven (at 350°F) for 5 minutes

    That turkey needs flavor to be in my taco. I've never had a piece of boiled turkey in my life and I just don't want to it doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Maybe if there was butter and seasoning in the water. But I do want to see healthier snack options something that I can eat while I'm driving or take to work. The beef and noodles is something I will try, and even the tuna pasta and falafel.

    I hope you didn't throw away all the broccoli stems and the pak Choi stems... 😕 It's all good to be eaten and taste the same as the leaves. Even better actually. For the broccoli, just peel off the outer skin, chop them, and cook them. They even taste better then the broccoli themselves. Try and let me know. And please, don't throw away what don't have to be thrown away.
    I follow, and like you since the beginning, but I keep seeing this, and since you also share zero waste living videos, I really hope you understand this. 🙏🏻

    Healthy? It is illegal in many states to even put the label "healthy" an egg advertisements but you choose to show us such an unhealthy food?
